Freight Tec Management Group Inc Reviews (2)

[redacted] is deceiving and misleading in his allegations. Every single allegation he made is outright false or manipulated by leaving out critical facts and information. Here is some more information regarding his claim from a response given via email from Frank, the agent at...

Freight Tec who arranged for [redacted]'s vehicle to be transported:[redacted], you have made it seem to me on several ocassions as if Freight Tec claims people (Carrie & Steve) have not responded to you, that they have repeatedly ignored you and NEVER follow through…… that is obviously not the case, according to Carrie, Steve and the bunches of emails that they forwarded to me – you have been contacted, emailed and CC’d on all processes of the 2 claims they filed. You were given the denial letters from the insurance companies due to the damages being not related to an accident, but related to the delivery therefore driver/unloader error.  The issue at hand is that you purchased a truck that had previous damage (per the photos from the auction company)  and that you were responsible for the damages upon delivery as YOU would not unload the driver when he delivered, when he agreed to drive it off but YOU were the one spotting for the driver when he was backing off of the trailer, YOU should have seen that the muffler was going to hit the trailer and that the steps on the back of the truck were going to hit, in the video you clearly had the ability to direct him as you deemed best….. you hired me to coordinate the transport of the truck from point A to point B – we are not responsible for loading and or unloading, in your letter to the Revdex.com you stated that he asked you to unload your truck but you declined, your letter to the Revdex.com also failed to say that you were spotting for the driver…. James Goode (the owner of the trucking company) has agreed to 50% of the charges for the damages to the rear and mufflers and 100% of the strap damages, I told you this 2 years ago when it happened but you demanded 100% compensation. You wanted Freight Tec to pay for damages not covered by Goode. Our contract with you clearly stated that any insurance claims were to be handled through the carrier directly and that we would help with that process which we did.  The fact that you repeatedly told me that my claims people would not respond and were doing nothing is a pretty sad lie You left out pertinent facts and details in your complaint to the Revdex.com and falsely told them that we NEVER responded.  I chewed out my office staff for not doing what was/is needed to take care of you and they forwarded emails that you were kept in the loop and advised when the claims were filed and the denials were given. I am sorry that you feel that we have not done what we were hired for but clearly we have, you hired me to move the truck not to load it and or unload it – the carrier had ramps and saved you several hundreds of dollars in transport costs. They had and have cargo insurance but the damages were not transit related so the cargo insurance does not apply to this.  I fully understand Steve’s email to you about being upset with your complaint to the Revdex.com as I stated before your complaints are based on you claiming Freight Tec doing nothing and we clearly did not do nothing – we might not have gotten you the results you were looking for (with the claims process) but we did do all we could. You did and do have responsibilities when items arrive at your facility to make sure they are safely unloaded as the drivers are only responsible for the transport portion. You refused to unload your own vehicle and put the driver in a very precarious position. You are accountable for you actions/ lack of actions when accepting delivery. Please call James with GOODE DELIVERY LLC12518 Laurel Haven WayHouston, TX 77014  Ph 832-754-5133  Fx 281-537-1384 That is who I spoke with and who told me that he would pay for 50% - please tread lightly with him as he was extremely upset with you as you were the customer and responsible for unloading but would not and you the one directing the driver as he backed it off …. Goode – 100% responsible for strap damageGoode – 100% responsible for $40 cost to move motor from behind truck Goode – 50% (already agreed to by James) for exhaust/muffler damages due to offloading truck – hitting on the trailer as they were backing it off.  [redacted] – 50% responsible for exhaust damages due to unloading (as you were spotting for the driver) Damages to the steps on the back of the truck (per pictures from shipper) were existing – possibly a little more damage was done to the steps but extensive damages were already there….. please negotiate with James on compensation for these damages.  Thanks  Frank

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This is very simple.. I hired Freight Tec to ship a vehicle  from CA to TX.. NOT anyone else.. I shouldn't have to deal with anyone else besides Freight TecWhoever they hired or allow to take possession of my vehicle it was NOT up to me, is up to themI did hire and pay Freight Tec, not their driver or their subcontractor (Goodie) so THEY OWE ME the repair costsI should NOT have to contact their subcontractor myself to resolve this issue since I hired themAs any company they MUST have insurances, bonds, etc.. They must pay and then is up to them to prosecute who THEY HIRED..  not me In regards what Frank M[redacted] has said in his response to the Revdex.com...In over TWO years I have not received ONE single apology, call or email from Steve (owner) besides the email he sent on Nov 10, 2017telling me that he wasn't going to pay nothing since "His company never had physical possession of my vehicle and he wasn't responsible for the driver's auctions"..(What kind of stuff is that!!!???) . He also told me to seek "legal advise" before communicating with Freight Tec again and threaten me saying that "he will prosecute me to fullest extent of the law" if I was to damage his company image or reputation.. Now, that was a great and comforting email from the owner of a company I hired and ENTRUSTED to transport my vehicle 2yrs ago.. But that is it.. that's the only email I received from Steve in TWO YEARS In the other hand, Frank M[redacted] has apologized several times for all delays and assuring me in phone conversations that everything was going to be taking care off, however that hasn't happenOn September 2016 he wrote:"[redacted], I am sorry for the delayed response – for some reason your most recent email (Sunday) went to my junk file … We DO care and I apologize that the claim has taken so long. The insurance company that is over the claim denied it as you well know, due to the fact that the damage involved was not due to an accident in transit but due to loading, tie down and unloading which are driver / unloader error...I assume that our insurance company will follow suit and deny the claim due to the damages resulting non-accident but to driver / unloader error but we will definitely send them all of the info and let them decide. Please know that we do care and that we are wanting to have this resolved as much as you do. If the Insurance company follows the other insurance company we will definitely help negotiate between you and the trucker (Goode Delivery service)   On February 6, 2017 Frank M[redacted] emailed me saying that Steve (owner) was taking over all claims and that I should work directly with him, he also said that Steve was going to contact me but AS TODAY, that hasn't happened..February 6, 2017:"[redacted] , here is Steve’s information [email protected] has taken over the claims department from when Tonya left the company. Please work directly with him. Thanks Frank" ________________________________________________"I just spoke to Steve and Carrie in the office is actually going to contact you. Thanks Frank" ________________________________________________On November 6, 2017 he wrote:"First off [redacted] let me apologize again for the lack of follow through, I was assured that this would be taken care of by our claims department. I personally spoke with Steve and Carrie and was assured that this would be taken care of…… I also spoke with the owner of the trucking company involved and his reply was that the damage to the back of the truck and to the truck exhaust were partially your fault as you were spotting for the driver as he unloaded and that he would pay 50% due to this, I advised him that the strap damage was 100% his fault and he needed to pay that, all of this info was given to Steve and Carrie and again I assumed that you were being taken care of. There was previous damage to the rear of the truck (I assume due to someone backing it off of a trailer), I never saw pictures of the exhaust damage so I can’t comment on if there was previous damage there, but I agree that the strap damage was 100% driver error. The insurance will not cover driver error but the trucker should pay (and has agreed to pay) I am not sure why payment from him has not been collected for at least that part. Can you get me the damage value of that and I will call James today? I will also contact the home office and see why this has not been handled.Again I apologize for the delay in resolving this for you Thanks Frank" ________________________________________________ I have DOZENS of emails sent to Carrie S[redacted], Frank M[redacted], Richard L[redacted], Nancy S[redacted] & Tonya W[redacted] asking for updates!.. asking for reasons of delay!.. asking to do what was right and pay the damages!.. They took WEEKS or even MONTHS to answer ONE single email.. they even sent denial letters saying that the truck was delivered in good conditions!..  I mean, What the hack was that!? Now... I regards Frank M[redacted] saying that "I" (the costumer) is responsible for some of the damage occurred to my vehicle while unloading is just bananas..First of all I never heard of a client having to climb up to a semi's trailer to unload the vehicle they just paid to get transported.. that's just stupid!!..We the consumer are not experienced to do that and that's why we pay freight companies to do it.. None of the several "hauls" I have done in the past years have EVER asked me to remove the vehicle myself.. they do it, that's JUST COMMON SENSE! Secondly, When I refused to remove the truck myself, Goodie's driver asked me if I could stay behind and make sure he was not going to fall off the ramps.. AND THATS IT!Not spotting or any other activities I agreed to do since Im not an experienced driver / unloader to make sure other variables are in order to unload a vehicle I did a favor to the driver and at ANY POINT OF TIME I was able to see that he was touching the undercarriage because he failed to reinflate tires..  The tires got stuck on ramps because they were deflated so he over accelerated and hit the pavement dragging my vehicle 5-6 ft..While myself being behind the semi's trailer all I have in front of me is the image of a truck on the ramps at 45 degree.. Is impossible for ANY human to see whats happening undercarriage, we do not have x-ray vision.. IT IS COMMON SENSE !!  I expect them to to what is right even after two years (which isn't a common time to resolve a claim)They have to communicate with THEIR subcontractor, NOT METhey have to pay all damages and pay them in full Sincerely,
[redacted]
