I received your letter about the complaint number 11300141 from Mr. [redacted]. I ran an investigation on this issue and learned that our customer Mr. [redacted] brought his car to be fixed on 2/29/2016 We replaced a lower control arm and stabilizer Bar link on his 2003 Hyundai Elantra. The customer was...

charged the amount of $235.15 and he received a detailed invoice for the service done to his car. He contacted us later asking us to call Hyundai dealer an explain to them the repair we did. even though that's not one of the service we normally provide our customers, We wanted to make his experience as good as can be. So we called the dealer and provided them with the information we have. Then Mr. [redacted] stopped by our shop again asking for a copy of the invoice which we provided him then he asked us again to call Hyundai factory customer service. Which we did just to help him. few days later Mr. [redacted] called me asking me to call the company again at this point I apologized that we can't keep doing this since it's a time consuming and we can't force our technicians to do something not of their job description. at this moment Mr. [redacted] started to get upset and mentioned that he will issue a complaint against us. I read the complaint of Mr. [redacted] carefully and What I understood was that Mr. [redacted] lost the invoice we gave him earlier and needs another copy of the invoice. If that's the case We will be glad to provide him another copy of the invoice. And I already attached a copy of Mr. [redacted] invoice. (please see attachment). We received your letter dated 11/21/2016 including a complaint from [redacted] case ID [redacted]. The customer bought a 2006 Nissan Altima on 11/7/2016 after inspecting the car and test drive it. the lady brought a gentleman with her to do the inspection. he seemed to be someone who knows...

about cars, since he looked under the hood and underneath the vehicle. they both went on a test drive. making the decision of buying the vehicle free of any misleading or untrue promises. they have been offered around $900 discount on the price as well as a complimentary power train service contract for 90 days that covers the Engine, Transmission, drive Axle assembly and seals or gaskets. the lady bought this car knowing clearly that it's a used car sold (as is no warranty) and she was fully aware of the car condition ahead of purchase.  Please see the attached copies of deal agreement.   thank you   Sameh H[redacted] Infinity automotive
