Requested a quote from freightz, received it promptlyBut a few days later the quote was dollars higher, they said it was because they had the wrong dimenstions, but they could honor the first guote if they got a copy of the chat and it gave the correct sizesWaited days for them to email me the transcript of the chat, they told me since it had been longer than days they would not honor the quoteI was the th day when I called back they never emailed me the papers I needed, they ran out the clock so to speakWorst customer service ever! DO NOT USE
I hired FreightCom in July to transport my only worldly possessions from Texas to North Carolina and I was unhappy with how it was handledI posted a derogatory review at that timeI have recently been contacted by this company and discussed this matterI have been informed that it was not this company that brought about my poor opinion at all, but the contracted carrier that was the guilty party and that FreightCom is unhappy with the situation tooThey have given me a partial refund and their sincere apologies for the way my account was handled This raises my opinion of this company because they did not have to do thisI am a disabled and elderly woman and I appreciate that this company is concerned enough about me and my account to step up and take care of meThank you
Delivered damaged engine
Crated motor left shipper in piece, pictures to prove it, 100% working motor, arrived damaged, 75% loss Extra insurance was purchased from Freightz for 7200, they refuse to pay out, and will no longer even take my calls *** was actual carrier contracted by Freightz to deliver the motor, which they did - damaged *** admits to the damage but has not paid me anything because the said they have to pay that claim to Freightz
Please DONT USE FREIGHTZ!!! They will give your the a perfect first impression!!!!! Sad to to say I was CON By NATE!!! He was RUDE, disrespectful and very very unprofessional for being in customer service!!
My BOXES of came in week late with NO NOTIFICATION till I called them on a Friday that I waited the whole day!!! I called was told someone will call me backNo call back I CALLED EVERYDAY then on a Thursday at 230pm my boxes arrived ALL ruined and the delivery GUY person is not allowed to bring it outback!!! Worse experience ever!! Scammer

After we decided to contact another company on Tuesday to provide delivery services for us, Freightz decides to show up without notice at 4pm - hour prior to our closing hours

I shipped an engine through *** on 7/26/It was shipped in a factory engine shipping crate.The engine was dropped upside down and damaged
The engine took almost a week to arrive at it's destination, when I was told it would be 1-days
The engine had approximately $in parts damaged and I asked that they reimburse me for that amount.I have talked with Nate at *** and he has constantly delayed and avoided my calls ever sinceThey also charged my credit card $more than what they originally quoted me to ship the engineNate told me he would get me a credit and never didOnce you have any type of problem, they refuse to answer the phone
