hello to whom it may concern: as the matter of fact now I want freightliner from pacific,DAN M [redacted] SELLER TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE REPAIR BILLS ,SINCE THE TRUCK HAS BEEN WITH ME ONLY THREE AND HALF MONTHS.FROM AUGTO THIS DATE WITCH AT LEAST ONE MONTH HAS BEEN WITH ISSUES OF MECANICALSFREIGTHLINER IN PACIFIC WATHERE IS A COPY OF THE OTHER SHOP WHO REPAIRED THE TRUCK OF THE SAME CODES THE FREIGTHLINER CHARGED ME THOSE $1,FOR NOTHING IT WAS ONLY A THERMOSTAT PROBLEM I DID ATTACHED A COPY OF THEY WORK AND CHARGE [redacted]

PLEASE **D I AM ASSUMING THIS INFORMATION COMES FRON D [redacted] MICHELSON THE SELLERTHAT LIGTH ACTUALLY COME ON AFTER FREIGTHLINER IN YAKIMA GLASS TECH REPLACE A WINDSHIELD **D STEP ON THE TURBO **D BROKE A CONECTOR WITCH I TOLD D [redacted] M [redacted] DEALER SALES M [redacted] FROM PACIFIC WA , FREIGTHLINER**D THAT LIGTH MR .L [redacted] IS TALKING ABOUT WAS AFTER MONTHS OF BEEN DRIVEN THE TRUCK DURING HARVESTWITH NO PROBLEM UNTILL THAT GLASS TECH BROKE THE CONECTORS ON THE TURBOI CALL D [redacted] MICHELSON TO TAKE CARE OF THE BILL **D THEY DID NO PROBLEMTHAT THE TRUCK HAD A LIGTH ON AGAIN **D I CALL D [redacted] M [redacted] FOR HELP HE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO THE YAKIMA FREIGTHLINER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGTH CAME ON ON MONDAY AFTERNOON 11-21-**D I WAS INFRONT OF FREIGTHLINER AT IN THE MORNING ON 11-22-{ THIS WHERE THE CODES ON THE TRUCK WHEN I TOOK IT IN FOR THAT BAD SERVISE THEY DID} ECU 0,FAULT 01,DIAG 01, SPN**D AFTER I TOOK IT IN THERE YOU KNOW THE STORYNOW I CALL A SUPERVISER SCOTT C [redacted] [redacted] TO LET HIM KNOW THAT L [redacted] KICKED ME OUT OF FREIGTHLINER IN YAKIMA **D CHARGED ME $1,DLRS **D DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM,**D D [redacted] M [redacted] **D SCOTT C***.FROM PACIFIC WA .WHERE I BOUGTH THE TRUCK TURNED THEIR BACK TO MESO THEY TOLD ME TO CALL L [redacted] NALL ON TUESDAY 11-30- I DID CALLED HIM AT IN THE MORNING SINCE THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN AGAIN WITH THE SAME CODES THE DAY AFTER I PAY **D GOT KICKED OUT **D Y [redacted] DISPACHER TOLD ME THAT L [redacted] WAS IN A MEETING **D I LEFT MY NUMBER HE DID NOT CALL ME AT ALL.( LIER} NOW HE IS SAYING I DID NOT CONTACTED HIM,PLUS Y [redacted] DISPACHER WAS ME [redacted] WITH ME I CALLED D [redacted] M [redacted] AGAIN **D SCOTT C [redacted] TO HELP ME **D THEY TOLD ME THEY TALK TO L [redacted] LALL **D THAT I WAS ON MY OWEN IN THISSO I TOOK THE TRUCK TO MOBILFLEET SHOP IN YAKIMA TO GET REPAIR FOR THE SAME CODES THEY SAY THEY FIX **D I PAY **D LOOSE AT LEATS LOADS BECASE OF THEY WRONGFUL DIAGNOSTIC **D REPAIR.**D I C [redacted] PROFF I CALLED L [redacted] NALLSO NOW IN HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR THE SAME CODES IT IS NOT DIFRENT MATTER THEY ARE THE SAME .PERIOD PLUS WHERE I TOOK IT THEY HAVE IT THERE FOR ONE WEEK **D DID NOT REPAIRED YET SO I AM LOOSING MORE MONEY BECAUSE FREIGTHLINER ARE NOT HONEST **D FAIR SHOP**D YES CAR **D TRUCKS HAS THE SAME BASICSSO I KNOW HOW MUCH LABOR THEY ARE ALOWED TO CHARGE **D HOW MUCH TIME A TECH NEED TO FIND THE PROBLEM **D FIX IT.I HAVE A AUTO TECH TITTLE [redacted]

Subject: RE: ID#***First of all I would like to say I’m sorry that *** *** has had some issues with his truck and my years of being in the industry this is unfortunately common when purchasing new trucks or used trucks with all the emission criteria that is now required.• Truck was purchased 8/20/17, our salesman advised *** *** to bring his truck into the Yakima shop for windshield replacement along with Check engine light, truck arrived 8/23/17, our shop does not replace windshields as we outsource this to a local glass company and the work is done at our shop, the glass company strictly work off of ladders and at no time do they stand on any part of the engineWe also replaced what’s called a Nox sensor which was causing the check engine light to come on, codes were cleared and the bill came to $in which Freightliner NW picked up the bill.• 10/30/17-*** *** brought the truck back in with check engine light back on which when hooked up to our laptop showed two separate codes, we ran what’s called a park regen which is part of DPF system(Diesel particulate filter system) which cleared one code and showed the other code as the DPF filters needing replaced which is in line with EPA laws, we replaced the filters and all codes were cleared, bill came to $which Freightliner NW took care of.• 11/22/2017- my response below covers this issue.Couple of other things I would like to point out, *** *** states in his first complaint that he’s had problems with the truck from day one and then states and that it all started when something was stepped on and broke while replacing windshield, his next statement was why would I buy a truck for X amount of dollars with a check engine light on when in fact he was advised to bring the truck into our shop for windshield and check engine light which came in days after the purchase, also, MrTinajero states in the second report that he ran the truck for months without any issues during harvest?! The times his truck was in our shop was a different issue each time and the repairs that our competitor just completed was an entirely different issue as well.To summarize: truck purchased and repaired 8/20-8/ran it for two months until it came back on 10/30, both of these bills taken care of by Freightliner NW, ran it for another month before bringing it back 11/22.Again I’m sorry for *** *** having these issues but like I said previously this is a used truck and I believe our company has been more than fair
