Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint, as they did not address my concerns.  For your reference, my complaint was summarized as "There are two areas I am seeking a refund so I can hire a different contractor to repair - Uncompleted repair of cracked sidewalk and driveway, and subsequent cracks in new concrete."  Their response addressed a different issue which they divert responsibility to me - I have attached the original contract - where does it say anything about a 20% increase or any adjustment?   It also reflects their denial of receiving emails and phone messages to their office and  salesman - another attachment of my email dated Aug 10th.  And they are A+ rated by you??? Nothing is acceptable in their response and I am left to attempt calling them again to seek a refund for incomplete work and repair of poor workmanship.I will call their office on Wednesday but have little optimism of a resolution without having to spend additional money on legal costs. I find it coincidental that after I posted a review on their Facebook page, that they decide to respond to Revdex.com - I should have started there instead of waiting over a month for a response through Revdex.com.At least I'll have another personal experience to use as an example in the business and consumer marketing classes I teach.Regards,[redacted]

of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I called the office everyday for almost two weeks to have the work done. I was told someone would contact me to schedule the warranty work along with the seal coat. No one ever returned my call. I called every few days to schedule with no call back. Finally, I was told by the office manager my issue was going to be handled by the owner and he would call personally to take care of the issue. The owner never called. After dealing with this for six weeks, I contracted to have the repair done by someone else. On July 7th, 2016, Freije Paving Inc office called to schedule the work. Ten weeks after my first call. I believe the call from the office only came because of my complaint to the Revdex.com. I will never recommend or use Freije Paving.
