Customer hired us to remodel her kitchen for $5,and finish out a new addition for a contract price of $8,We received a down payment of $3,to startWe demo'd her kitchen, which we completedCustomer requested we close up a foot opening coming from the kitchen to the living room, which we completedShe also wanted to open up a inch wall to make a passageway into the kitchen, which we completedShe wanted arched walls transitioning from the kitchen to the new addition, which we completed We repaired the kitchen ceiling sheetrock at several locationsWe removed trash and debris and disposed waste material to staged locationDuring demo we closed and sealed the opening for dust control with sheet rocking panels and all gaps we sealed with taping all along the edgesHer children were constantly in the construction work areas and damaging our efforts to keep the area closed offAfter all of this work that had been done, the next day, she said that her husband and a friend will be finishing the workShe had been very please with our progress and satisfied with our work performancesAfter her and husband got into a big marriage argument, she then wanted all her money back for no reason on our partLabor and material had been paid and materials used had been delivered to the siteHer demand to return her all $3,back to her is an unrealistic requestThe fund had already been exhaustedTo respond about my workers, they are all legal to work in the US both by born US citizens and work visa'sShe didn't seem to mind when they did all this work for her! All of our communications have been in a business like manner with respect and attention to her request, wants and needsHer complaint she has filed are all lies in an effort to defame my business reputation and nameIt's a customer wanting everything done for nothing! I tried to help a friend/customer out and I get the short end of the stick!!

None of what was mentioned about the completion in the companies statement was true and shows true dishonestyI can say that the argument between my husband and I was true, but all created by this company because of the poor work that was being done and I had made the decision to hire themI have requested written statements from the other individuals whom were working on other areas of the construction to include the electrician, plumber and the other contractor whom came in after this company that will show as witnesses to these events in questionI would have had no reason to stop the construction from this company if they were doing a great jobI am a Mother of with a year old and a year old still living at home and have been without my kitchen since December because this company decided that the best way to begin was to tear up my kitchen first and created a huge mess for usThe expense from having to eat out everyday and live without a kitchen has been terribleOriginally when I spoke to the owner to stop he had agreed to refund my money since he said he had not done $worth of work, I had even agreed to negotiate to leave him with a little out of fairnessI never thought he would keep all of my moneyThis money was a necessity to complete my project and has created a huge burden on my family livingI would be willing to give him $for the little time he spent at my house doing what little he did that was not to our satisfaction, however to keep it all would be really unrealisticAs soon as I receive the statements from the other workers I will attach them as part of my proof that will too show that this company if a very dishonest company and should not practice with the backing of the Revdex.com I would never wish this experience on anyoneRegards,*** ***

This customer is totally lying about her project. I've written my response and feel she is trying very hard to discredit me and my company. We strive to please every customer. But some people take it too far and way out of context to get their way.

She wanted arched walls transitioning from the kitchen to the new addition, which we completed.  We repaired the kitchen ceiling sheetrock at several locations. We removed trash and debris and disposed waste material to staged location.
