The Chevy dealership knows exactly what they are doing is very miss leadingthere are other dealerships on the block that are not misleading customers with advertising practicesI spoke to the sales manager and he said they ran out of the signs that said "off" the word "off" is suppose to be listed under the number $10,Some trucks have the word "off" under the price and some do notI have a picture showing the lot, the sign, the trucks and the giant $10,sticker on the windshield of the trucksJust because they hide a disclosure note inside the vehicle doesn't mean they are conducting moral or ethical practicesThey should honor the advertised price and remove the price tag stating $10,and the large banner in front of the trucks stating they are $10,and underwhere, who can email the pictures to? We are a very reputable company and a pride our selves in treating customers professionally and ethicallyIf you saw other trucks with the word "off" then it should be very clear that the $10,is simply a discountHowever, as stated before we have disclosures in the windshield that itemize the pricing discounts to make it more clear for everyoneWe are a "MARK OF EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNING DEALERSHIP", which means that not only we have to reach a certain sales volume level but we also have to reach a certain Customer Satisfaction LevelThat's not an easy task and we didn't get there by "misleading" customersI hope you find this helpful and please give us another chance as we would love to make you one of our many happy customers!

The Chevy dealership is the only one on the auto mall block who is using these tacticsThe person who responded should take a walk down the block and make notice how everyone (Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes, Porsche, etc.) is adverting the price of there carsYou know exactly what you are doing is very misleadingHere is a quick story, I bought a chevy truck in 2007, it ended up being a lemon and GM corporate gave me $in hush money to never report it and I feel horrible that the car went back on the lot (Hayward Chevy), I will never buy a car from a company with these kinds of practices
