I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
It was a Road HazardAny time you break down on a interstate its dangerousThe State highway patrol was there to protect us all.the whole time he was workingHe new it was dangerous when he started his JobYes we were Grateful he came right away! Yes we did have a 34ftmotorhome towing a carAnd I am sure he was told what he had to tow by the state trooper. Its Great he is on the call listThat gives him more work than others.Probably why he had a NEW Tow Truck. Is $the going Rate? This never happened to me beforeMy insurance is not even covering the amount of $The club he mentions is a Great ClubIts for the American People to get better rates.Affordable Rates. The next rest stop was miles not 10.The owner was all upset being broke downNot knowing what to do.And when its done and you are charged $for milesWhat can you do? Did we have a choice?Their Initial rate to start that tow truck is $Is that fair rate? How are their rates common knowledge if you have never done this beforeAnd the company that towed us from the rest area Had just as big & new of tow truck and did not charge us $He was from Virginia as well.Yes he responded to a state trooper in a timely mannerAnd was treated niceBut the unfair part of this all is his Cost of $to start the truck upA Cost the insurance company wont give back.I just hope this does not happen to anyone elseAs the problem of the motor-home was not even fixed

I recently had my car repaired at BunchI'm a senior and sometimes it's not easy to trust repair shopsI first used their body shop when I had my accident and not only did they have the lowest rate by over $1,my car They gained my trust by saying if I ever needed them just let them know I purchased a car about a year later and ask them if they could check it They called and told me the problem was my shocksHe gave me the price and told me he would fill better if I went and got another estimate so I would know he wasn't overchargingI called the dealership and again he was a lot cheaperBoth places use the same parts
because I askIt's rare and we don't always know who we trustWe thought maybe because I was elderly he was giving me a discount but he wasn'tWhen I went to pick up my car I spoke to a young man waiting for his truckHe told me he had been using Bunch for years and if the owner could afford it he probably wouldn't charge anybody

This was a road hazard call received an 3/11/2015 from the Virginia State Police. Motor Home wassitting in a dangerous location on the side of Interstate 77 with the front bumper lodged against theguardrail and the car they were towing on a car dolly sitting on the white line. It was raining...

andsituation was considered hazardous and needed immediate attention. The owner failed to mention thatthis was a 35 foot Motor home not a "small" RV, towing a car on a tow dolly.Motor Home and car with dolly were towed to nearest rest area per owners request so he could workon it himself. This required a large tow truck. Our initial rate to hook to a large Motor Home starts at a flat $500.00.After 10 miles it is $5.00 an additional mile. The owner was advised we do not participate in contractswith motor clubs, we are independent and he would be responsible for the bill and turning the bill intohis insurance. His reply was "l have plenty of insurance."We have been in business for approx. 40 years. We are on the Virginia State Police Call list and licensedby the Virginia Tow Board. Our rates are common knowledge and comparable to any large wreckercompany in the state of Virginia. I am sure the responding State Trooper would be available to confirmthe call and situation. We responded to the call in a timely manner, hooked up 35 foot Motor Home," tow dolly and car", in adangerous situation and towed them somewhere safe as requested.  Customer was not takenadvantage of or treated unfairly. He was charged the set rates we charge any customer.Regards,Charles H. Akers, Jr.Owner/operator Akers Towing and Recovery

Review: I went in for them to pull out my tooth. I had paid in cash 300 for my new tooth that was just going to pop on and pop off. And I go in there a week or two later to see if my gum healed the the front desk told me that they had no trace or record of my payment and want me to pay again for something I already paid.Desired Settlement: I want them to give me the tooth I paid for and have been waiting almost all year for

RESPONSE:Your letter to this office was dated 10/14/2015; however, we did not receive said letter until 10/19/2015. On or about 09/22/2015 [redacted] was seen to commence preparation for an upper partial resin base device along with an impression for tooth #8, at which point patient paid $300 cash. Unfortunately one of our staff misplaced our copy of [redacted] receipt. He was contacted to see if we might make a copy of his receipt. He was unable to provide a copy of his receipt. An appointment to deliver his partial was made for 10/13/2015 at 2:00 p.m., that appointment being made on 10/12 and subsequently confirmed for 10/13/2015 at 2:00 p.m. We have enclosed a copy of our Scheduler Audit trail, indicating day/time of patient’s 10/13/2015 appointment; our Daily Scheduler which highlights [redacted] dental appointment at 2:00 p.m. which he confirmed (illustrated by a check mark); and a copy of Patient History which is printed the previous day before an appointment on which is hand written what the patient is to be seen for – “Del parial.” [redacted] failed his appointment on 10/13/2015 at 2:00 p.m. to deliver his partial. We have his upper partial resin base device ready for delivery to [redacted]; we are awaiting [redacted] to return our calls to schedule an appointment to deliver his upper partail resin base device.Yours in Good Dental Health,[redacted]

Review: I went to dentist off in January 2016 wanting to get some partials upper and lower ones they had to make some impressions of my mouth they also had to give me one filling and extract 4 teeth I asked them if I could get them before March 4,2016 dr. [redacted] said he was not for sure but he would try they had made my impressions in last week in February they didn't have it done by March 4, so I was ok with that so when I got back from Las Vegas on the 6th which was a Friday I called the following Monday which was the 7th I called for three days they never returned my call then I called back again on the 4th day and finally talked to the receptionist nd she said that the lab called about my case for some question to the doctor didn't not hear anything back from the office until I believe it was the 11th and they said they have talked to the lab and they needed to extract two of my teeth because the bite was not coming out right. So, they said the will find out what dr wants to do and get back to me they never did I called every day and got run around from everyone their. Finally, I got real upset and said this is ridicules I have waited over a month for some teeth I deserve an answer I paid $ 1900.00 the only money I had I was saving up for this for 4 years still didn't get answer that day the next day office manager finally talk to me and they decided not to work on my partial I said I need my money back she ok minus the lab fee's, lab fee's for what I said she said for the work the did I got mad and hung up. She called me today is the 24th and told me she had check ready for $1600.00 It took me 4 years to save up for the $ 1900.00 I can't afford to pay any extra money I don't think it's very fair that all this time no one was working on my partial and I'm out $300.00 and I had nothing done I need the three hundred to go towards my partial somewhere else. Please Help me in getting the money they took from me so I can get some teeth.Desired Settlement: Full amount of refund not less $ 300.00 I'm on social security I can barely pay my bills more less come up with $ 300.00 more dollars
