Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 20, 2016/01/27) */
Let me start by saying that the truth of the matter is that I was sold total EIGHT Treatments, and I accept doing FIVE Out of EIGHT. Let me also point out that regardless...

of what it's in writing, there was verbal agreements as well which ofcourse it's not in their documentation. INITIALY, I was sold SEVEN lazertreatments.
On the very FIRST treatment I felt I received substandard service because I noticed that lazer was not evenly distributed while they were applying it and could clearly tell and confirm later by the patern of the hair growth afterwards. I immediately contacted them over the phone and I informed them of my disatisfaction. The lady I spoke to ofered me an additional treatment to make up for the initial service, thus making a total of EIGHT Lazertreatments. Ofcourse there is no documentation of this since the agreement was done over the phone, and I trusted in their word and ethics. I had already paid $2000 in full. Had I known at that time that these people are not customer friendly when settling a money dispute I would have ended my business with them sooner. My moving of out of state is an unplanned event, I lost my job and was forced to move out of state. To complete the package it would have taken me almost a year! It is so uncanny that they would enact such a heavy penalty on such a long time-span-treatment, specially on customers who face extraordinary corcumstances like myself.
Regardless, I hope that it's obvious to you and anyone who has read their argument that they've created all kinds of loops and twists in an effort to keep all of my hard earned money. For example, in retrospect I now discovered that the labeling of one "free" treatment is misguiding to customers. It's a variable they use to sell or retain more money, depending on how it would favor their cause.
In conclusion, they owe me money. It's plain and simple.
Here is my calculation:
$2000 divided by eight treatments = $250/treatment
Multiplied by five treatments =$1250
If they want to be seen as a customer friendly business, then $1250 is the only thing they should keep out of $2000, and $750 should be returned to me.
Lucky for them, i'm honest I will not interpret "free" treatment literaly and ask for more money back.
I hope you can see that My calculation is straight forward, and fair.
Even if they choose to burden me with the absurd $500 penalty, they would still owe me $250.
Please let me know when I can forward you my address of where they can send me the check.
Best Regards,
