Originally on May 8, Mr*** brought his *** *** *** with the complaint of a "hard start" issueWe replaced injectors #and #and billed the extended service contract company (AUL) who paid the billThen he brought his *** *** *** back to us with the same complaint again
on December 9, This time we found that injector #needed to be replaceAgain we did the work and sent the bill to the extended service contract company (AUL)Since then Mr*** has continued to have a "hard start" issueWe have found that the remaining injectors also need to be replacedWe have come to a mutually ageeable solution to get Mr***'s truck repaired with all involved parties sharing in the expenseI've also apologized for our lack of communication with him when we were unable to meet promised repair times in the past

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I have talked to
mechanics here in NM and one told me he put a whole new engine in a forester and it cost Fremont got my car back the first week I bought it and had it for 1/monthsThey finally repaired it and it had a repair cost of The last time I took it to them nov the mechanic put the diagnostic reader on it and said and showed me that "it was a cam they hadn't worked on"I have had it there since nov I told them I was moving to NM and would be back to pick it up,so saying that they can't do anymore because I've moved is a invalid excuseI talked to the attorney generals office and they informed me that there was a lemon law in Wyoming it's just not called that It is citation 40-17-I had talked to Wyoming legal aid on two occasions and they told me there was nothing they could do because Wy doesn't have lemon lawI will be contacting them again with this information and if they still are unable to help me I will be getting a lawyer

I am rejecting this response because: they sold me a car that is not drivable and I have 4000 dollars in it and making payments on a 10.000 dollar loan and paying insurance for a car I can't drive. I will continue to find legal help.

Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I However was only told after I said I could not come down that the money was nonrefundable. I was assured before I made the payment that it was refundable. I still do not appreciate the way everything was handled and the harassment I received was uncalled for. I do not recommend this company. Why does it matter if the sales person is related to me? That has nothing to do with the situation so I do not even know why it is being brought up. That just makes the whole thing sound personal. I made no mention the sales person was related to me, and would have handled the situation the same if she wasn't related to me. I do not think the company needs to bring that up, and my complaint was not against just her. I do accept this since I am getting my money back, but will never recommend the company to anyone else, nor do business there myself.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  There was no stipulation or guidance from Riverton GMC, Buick, Chevy as to what type of vehicle needed to be rented.  I explained my situation to the reps there.  I needed to leave the state of Wyoming because my brother passed away.  In addition I was in the process of relocating to Oregon and had some interviews lined up to attend.  I was told I could not leave the state of Wyoming with their loaner car.  At no time did the employees of the establishment direct me in what type of vehicle to rent.  When I asked about reimbursement for the added expense I was told that they should be able to get most of that back for me when they submit claim.  The rental car agency ([redacted]) even told me that I should check with the dealer for reimbursement of the rental car expense.  Therefore I did and once again was told that they should be able to get most of it back for me.  In addition when insurance companies pay for rental they do not specify what type of rental car would be covered.  They simply provide the insured with a vehicle while theirs is being repaired as should ** and Riverton Chevy in this case.  I make my car payments and pay my insurance well for over a month while going through this experience I did not have access to my vehicle that I pay for and should have had access to.  The warranty paid the deal for the expenses they had, why I am not reimbursed for my loss.  I did not have my car for over a month I contemplated not attending my brothers funeral and not making my interviews and was beyond stressed during this time.   I suppose an attorney may have to help me fight to be made whole for my loss in this case, which is my next step.

[redacted]

We have already replied to this complaint. Our dealership has been unable to contact customer. As previously stated, the customer can contact dealership and have the rental car charges refunded under ** warranty.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the statement that I requested a new car is false. Also the dealership kept the keys to the car until it was able to be picked up which was going to be the next morning so at the time of the damage it would be impossible for me to pick my car up. It is also untrue that I failed to pick it up in a timely manner, the car was finished being repaired at 6:00 that night and the keys were left with the service manager so it could be pulled into the shop and he was told that we would be there first thing in the morning to pick it up. I requested that the car be left inside the shop because I was afraid the employes there would vandalize my car. My request was ignored and my car was left unprotected.

Both the salesperson (who is a relative of customer) and the sales manager are confident that the customer was aware the deposit was non-refundable. The $200 was made with a credit card and the dealership will reverse the charges per the customers request.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:i feel since fremont is unwilling to refund me my full amount plus finance charges they are saying that it is ok to lie to the customer in order to make a sale. I purchased this warrenty under the false pretense that I could take my truck to any mechanic of my choosing because that's what fremont told me to make the sale. If fremont would not have lied to me, I would have never been in this position . Fremont never sent me any paper work for two months , after which I had called multiple times to get the paperwork the only thing they sent me was a paper to sign.

Customer brought vehicle in for repair as he stated. Vehicle was here for two days and during the first night here the car was left in the shop as requested by the service manager at Great Western Nissan. On the second day the vehicle was repaired and signed for. At that time the car was...

parked outside. Vehicle was not picked up in timely manner. Sometime during the night the vehicle was keyed. The following morning the service manager at [redacted] Nissan was contacted and informed of the damaged noticed by an employee of Fremont Motors. At that time we waited for the owner of the vehicle to contact us. Once he made contact he spoke with the service manger at Fremont motors. During the conversation he requested a new car. The service manager stated he was waiting for the owner of Fremont to make contact with Fremont Rock Springs. The owner of the vehicle requested we file a police report. After the service manager got off the phone he contacted the local police and filled a police report. As a courtesy to customer the owner of Fremont Motors offered to pay for the deductible for the repairs. On the signed copy of the Repair Order it is clearly stated that Fremont Motors is not responsible for lost or damages. Fremont Motors will not pay for the repairs to the vehicle but will pay for the deductible as stated previously. If there is anything else we can provide please let us know.
Very Best,

We provided an instate loaner at no charge. Customer need to leave the state and rented her own vehicle. ** has rejected our clain because the loaner rented was not a ** produce.

The vehicle had been  towed by [redacted] due to other mechanical issues and the customer claims that [redacted] was responsible for the ignition switch being broken. The customer then had [redacted] transport the vehicle to us for inspection. Upon inspections the...

technician found that the ignition switch failed due to excessive wear and tear (most likely due to the fact the vehicle is almost 20 years old with almost 300,000 miles) There were obvious signs that there are many components of this vehicle that have excessive wear. The customer became upset because we would not fabricate a story to the insurance company stating that this part was broken by the tow company.Additionally, the part numbers between [redacted] parts and aftermarket parts are always different. This is why the customer is stating that we had give them an incorrect part number for the repair.
