I filed this dispute again because after they had originally stated they would give me my refund it took them 2-weeks to even call me back after I left several messages and sent emailsThe guy (Robert L***) became meanWhile I was on the phone and kept trying to tell me we could just cancel the warranties effective that day, but refused to back date it to when I bought them even though I had made every effort to get the paperwork to fill out to cancel since they had closed their doors within months of selling me every warranty that they would be unable to honor when they closed their local officeTheir other offices are a minimum of hours away and I never even got my 1st oil change or tire rotation I bought a 60,truck (trying to keep my business local) and have had the worst customer service of my lifeThey even guaranteed to do the full refunds on the warranties if I traded my truck off there and bought another vehicle and their sales associate I drove hours to see stood me upIt has been the worst experienceI feel because I did my part trying over and over to cancel my policy since my local location closed down and they were unable to perform...Canceling now with an effective date of today (when months ago they agreed to the refund) to take that big of a loss on it is ridiculous and completely unethical and unfair on their part.I need an advocate in this please.Thank you for your consideration, [redacted]

We have offered to cancel any items that are still cancellableThe customer has refused to give us the information and requests a full refund which is not possibleWe would be happy to cancel on a prorated basis is she would provide info

Problem: I'd submitted a complaint about months ago stating I'd made several attempts to cancel my service plans purchased when I bought my brand new truckThe business closed their doors within months of my purchase and couldn't honor any of my services i'd be needingThe owner agreed with my complaint as he had many, many others here in Rawlins when they shut down and said my warranties would be refundedHe put another man in charge to get them done and he treated my terribly stating we could effective date them that date vs when I had bought the truckI said that was unacceptable, as I had paid for them cash when I made my purchase after they'd closed their doors, I was no longer able to get the services done that I may require for those warrantiesI'd made several, several attempts since they'd closed their doors and no-one would get me the paperworkThat was the reason I had filled with the Revdex.com in the 1st placeThe owner said to refund them and the company refused to make good on itThey were only offering from the date they had called meI emailed the owner and made several, several phone calls and nobody will even return my calls or emailsI've never been treated so badlyI had decided to purchase another vehicle and when I entered in my info for a price, it sent my number to several *** dealershipsI made a deal with Fremont when they called me that if they refunded my warranties, i'd be willing to give them another chanceThey approved it with all the higher ups and the ownerI had all but signed the papers on a car with a *** *** *** in Rock SpringsI flipped back to Fremont with this new offer and agreement and tried working with Rory who was hard to get a hold of for over weeksHe was busy making other deals, taking his kids places and finally got me to his manager who took several more days to run the numbersIn the meantime, my husband found a *** *** listed at the Casper locationIt had everything I wantedI spoke with the manager there "Bobby" who had been using it as a demo car and told me to come to casper and see him and we would make a dealI got there and he and the car were both gone to a Draptand I was told they'd be back in hrsI was obviously very upset, but said to please have him call me upon his return and I would come backI did some shopping and waited and waited...He never called backIt was a wasted trip of hours (hours both ways and the hours I wasted waiting for my call back)When I called him the next day (from home in Rawlins), he barely remembered I was supposed to come see himHe said he'd received the msg to call me back and said "but I didn't think about it after that"Really? He has me drive hours to make a deal on a car he took with him and never calls me back? I called the Lander store repeatedly and tried to speak with the owner or the Robert guy and emailed repeatedly after thatI just want my full refundsThe fact that i'd made several attempts beginning when the refunds would have been in full and they wouldn't even email or mail the paperworkI've done my part, more than my part all alongThey couldn't even re-sell me a vehicle or make good on their promise for my full refundI cannot believe the ethics of this company.Desired Outcome: I just want my money back that they had promised over and overI do not want to hear from Robert L*** who has done nothing but insult me and put me down for not "hearing him out"I made my attempts over and over and was told I'd received the paperwork and they would never get it to meThat's why I had filed with the Revdex.com in the first placeI thought it was resolved but they've never resolved itThey only ignore me at this pointI did find an amazing dealership to make a good trade and ended up with what I wantedThat's been over a month ago now, and still they will not acknowledge me or give me my refundA refund cancellation of this date is not fair, since I had been making the attempts since December of with no successPlease just make this right

Their other offices are a minimum of 2 hours away and I never even got my 1st oil change or tire rotation.  I bought a 60,000 truck (trying to keep my business local) and have had the worst customer service of my life.
