I purchased a vehicle from Fremont Motors,Jan I thought transaction went smooth until the sale person texted me to tell me I forgot to sign paperworkA month later,they contact meTurns out I didn't forget to sign anything,the finance department made a mistake on the contract and wanted me to sign a new one with different finance terms that I did not agree onThey sent me another one,that I signed and returnedThen they sent another one to sign again as they changed the terms againAfter all this resigning they never changed the date of purchase which caused a delay in the bank receiving our information and our payment was due but we had no account info or payment book.In March when our payment would've been due Fremont motors said the bank needed a paymentKyle H***,the finance manager,said they (Fremont Motors),would take care of the first payment for usI thought that was generous but the least they could do after all the troubleSo next comes the time to pay for
