but yet there is no more information using the tracking # that was supplied to me by ***They are saying that they had attempted to call but I am an over the road truck driver and WILL NOT answer my phone while drivingI am going to check to see if they had left me a message and if so I will try to touch base with them tomorrow and let you know how I made outOnce again thank youI am not one to file a complaint on anyone or business, if the purchased item was out of stock an e-mail would had been all required stating that.

We I left you a message and can assure this was shipped from out NJ warehouse on 11/*. The fact that a label is created and shows not shipped, I am sorry for. I certainly understand the frustration, would you like for us to reship this item to you? We will fight with [redacted]. The business continues to iterate the same inadequate response. The custom plaque is (a) not reasonably worth 35% of the purchase price for the whole item which includes a large and heavy mailbox and (b) was sent to me 12 days after I placed the order and 8 days after I requested cancelation of the order from ASavings (i.e. its preparation could have been aborted when I called).

Again, as we have stated to this customer numerous times. It clearly states that this is a  customer item. This was purchased on [redacted] the entire package delivery date on [redacted] was Shipping service

 This was clearly known when the order was placed. The package was delivered a head of schedule. The plaque cost is $64.99. that is the amount that will be deducted. The mail box as not been returned to us and return information was provided on 12/*/2016. We offer a 30 day return policy. The RMA provided was good or 5 days. This is now expired. The total refund issued would be $125.00 subject to inspection. This also depends on the condition of the item being returned. This it in not in the condition that we sent it in there will be a 15% restocking fee.This is not negotiable. This mater is closed. The item has not been returned and another couple of days it ill not be. Thank you,Asavings

The business has not changed its response or approach. My issues (highlighted in prior communications) remain unaddressed. Furthermore, I have been a client on [redacted] and many other online shopping venues for a couple of decades and have never encountered such inflexibility, unresponsiveness and simple lack of courtesy in any business that I have dealt with. It is disappointing to see that the business remains staunchly uncooperative (and further more conducts their communications in suc a rude and dismissive tone). If after all this time and effort in communication, their response is not altered, I will have to inform all these online shopping venues of my concerns regarding this business and will also be unable to recommend them on any online reviews or to my large group of friends.
