Again, as we have stated to this customer numerous timesIt clearly states that this is a customer itemThis was purchased on [redacted] the entire package delivery date on [redacted] was Shipping service [redacted] This was clearly known when the order was placedThe package was delivered a head of scheduleThe plaque cost is $that is the amount that will be deductedThe mail box as not been returned to us and return information was provided on 12/*/We offer a day return policyThe RMA provided was good or daysThis is now expiredThe total refund issued would be $subject to inspectionThis also depends on the condition of the item being returnedThis it in not in the condition that we sent it in there will be a 15% restocking fee.This is not negotiableThis mater is closedThe item has not been returned and another couple of days it ill not beThank you,Asavings
