Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There were never any issues or defects with the material that was provided to the company for the job they were hired to do If they found issues with the material provided, they should not have continued with the job and should have informed us that they could not use what was provided to them When they originally came out to give the estimate, they saw what material they would be working with Never did they inform us that they had not used that material before or that there would be issues with what was provided to them When we brought the numerous issues that were found to their attention, we stated to them several times, that we wanted to pay them the remaining balance, but only after the project was completed and completed the right way Yes the owner did state that they would send employees out to fix one of the issues that we brought to their attention, but refused to fix any of the other problems that were found, but still wanted the full remaining balance The project was not completed and what was done, was done improperly We even sent pictures so that they could see the areas of concern At one point, the owner even admitted that a few of the issues that we brought to their attention were not done properly by them, but said that they would not be fixing anything but the one small section at the end of the wall We did remove and replace two of the blocks that they had broken but still used in the reconstruction of the wall, due to the gravel behind the wall coming out of those broken areas and the company refused to replace them Those two blocks being replaced have nothing to do with the integrity of the wall, or with the main issues that were brought to their attention and requested to be fixed Money is not an issue because at this point, we now have to pay someone else to come out and fix what they have done incorrectly and have refused to fix themselves The final email that was sent to the company stating that we did not want them to come back out was per the instruction of their director of operations who told us that an email would be sent back to us stating that our account would be closed and no additional money would be due The statement made by the company that no matter what they did, we would be unhappy is completely false We put our trust and faith in them that they would complete the job that they were hired to do and would do it well All we ever wanted was for the job to be done the right way and it was not They were the ones who came out, looked at some of the issues that were brought to their attention and refused to fix anything but one small area, while still asking for the full remaining balance At this point, how we want this to end, is per the agreement that we had with the director of operations, that they were not coming back out and the account was being cancelled with no remaining balance Regards, [redacted]

Our company has never had an issue with a client that could not be resolvedWe believe that the customer is always right, and strive to leave any customer happy with the work they have
receivedIt became very apparent, very quickly that no matter what we did, we could not make this customer happyThe job we were to do was simple: re-build a very poorly built retaining wall, using the materials provided by the customerAny issues that the customer had regarding material cannot be our fault, given that we were given the material to use by the customer The customer came out frequently to see the work that our employees were doing, and had nothing but great remarksOnce the wall was completed, and the remainder of the money was owed, he started to find “issues” with the work One owner did meet with him, and they agreed that we would send our employees back out to the residence to fix one complaint this customer hadImmediately after leaving the house, we got an e-mail stating that the customer was no longer going to allow any workers back at his home and would not pay the remaining balanceFrom that point on the customer would change his mind multiple timesSome conversations he would agree to let us come out and meet with him to address his concerns and then he would change his mind againDuring one conversation with the client he explained how he had taken apart the wall, to place different blocks that he had acquired, in place of block that we were givenOnce an individual decides to the work that was already done, there is nothing else our company can offerAny issues that arose after he took apart the wall, we certainly cannot take credit forEssentially, this client was never ignored, and in fact, we discounted what was owed to us after he would not let us return to the property and we learned that he took apart the wallThe that is owed to our company is 50% of the remaining balanceOur company tore down and replaced a retaining wall, installed a new drainage pipe and used 12” of new wash gravel

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There were never any issues or defects with the material that was provided to the company for the job they were hired to do.  If they found issues with the material provided, they should not have continued with the job and should have informed us that they could not use what was provided to them.  When they originally came out to give the estimate, they saw what material they would be working with.  Never did they inform us that they had not used that material before or that there would be issues with what was provided to them.  When we brought the numerous issues that were found to their attention, we stated to them several times, that we wanted to pay them the remaining balance, but only after the project was completed and completed the right way.  Yes the owner did state that they would send employees out to fix one of the issues that we brought to their attention, but refused to fix any of the other problems that were found, but still wanted the full remaining balance.  The project was not completed and what was done, was done improperly.  We even sent pictures so that they could see the areas of concern.  At one point, the owner even admitted that a few of the issues that we brought to their attention were not done properly by them, but said that they would not be fixing anything but the one small section at the end of the wall.  We did remove and replace two of the blocks that they had broken but still used in the reconstruction of the wall, due to the gravel behind the wall coming out of those broken areas and the company refused to replace them.  Those two blocks being replaced have nothing to do with the integrity of the wall, or with the main issues that were brought to their attention and requested to be fixed.  Money is not an issue because at this point, we now have to pay someone else to come out and fix what they have done incorrectly and have refused to fix themselves.  The final email that was sent to the company stating that we did not want them to come back out was per the instruction of their director of operations who told us that an email would be sent back to us stating that our account would be closed and no additional money would be due.  The statement made by the company that no matter what they did, we would be unhappy is completely false.  We put our trust and faith in them that they would complete the job that they were hired to do and would do it well.  All we ever wanted was for the job to be done the right way and it was not.  They were the ones who came out, looked at some of the issues that were brought to their attention and refused to fix anything but one small area, while still asking for the full remaining balance.  At this point, how we want this to end, is per the agreement that we had with the director of operations, that they were not coming back out and the account was being cancelled with no remaining balance.

They put their garbage signs all over the neighborhood, in parks, along highways, on bridges, all over city and private property making it look like the ghetto or something. Trash signs everywhere when driving to work - "idoTree.com", "idoMulch.com". I contacted them but they argued and said it wasn't a big deal. I count 7 signs illegally posted yesterday just going home after work
