Contracted with All Florida Weatherproofing to install a rubber roof on my Modular Home in Apr 2016.They completed it on time as agreedI had left Florida to visit family in Indiana and wasn't home when roof was installedI had made the requested deposit for them to do the jobI received a phone call and texted pictures upon completion.They emailed the invoice and I completed payment after talking with my neighbor and he said the job was complete, looked good and the clean up was excellentMy neighbor ended up having them install a roof on his home as wellMy summer electric bills for cooling went down by 40% They used a high quality roof membrane and the installation was very professionalPrice was in line with my research and expectationAfter returning home to Florida in Oct I had an issue with one of my bathroom ceiling ventsIt had been covered over by accidentI notified customer service on a Fri afternoon and they offered an apology and sent a technician to take care of the problem the following Mon afternoonI couldn't ask for a better experience! They have did several roofs in my community and haven't heard any negative comments at our HOA meetingHope this is helpful to anyone with questions or concerns
