After being cut and bleeding, I do not want to do business with this company. This was explained on the phone prior to being hung up on. Things like this should be considered and if refunds are not apart of the way this company does business, it should be displayed and made common knowledge to potential customers. Language barriers had nothing to do with being completely disrespected and been given poor customer service. I would still like my refund of $32 and $4 tip. I will not be back.
