I am rejecting this response because: What French Quality Cleaners fails to understand is that the stain was not on the comforter at the time of the first drop off. After I picked up the comforter the first time I saw the stain in a blue colorI took the comforter back and the staff member stated she did see the stain and happily accepted the comforter for correctionAfter picking up the comforter the second time the stain remained there in a gray-brown color
I would like French Quality Cleaners to clean the comforter until the stain is gone or replace the comforter
