Review: This hotel charged us for valet parking via a credit/debit card. After the charge was cleared from our bank, they came back and charged us for it again. I called and had it reversed and then they came back 3 days later and hit our account a third time.Desired Settlement: I would like this refunded to our account ASAP.

Review: I stayed at the Andrew Jackson Hotel on March 21 and 22 and was supposed to stay the night of the 23rd also. When I checked in my credit card was charged for all three nights. During our stay, we were asked by the front desk to turn down our thermostat to 60 degrees because it not only controlled the temperature in our room but in one or two others. We complied and were terribly cold all night. Because of this, we decided to check out on Sunday, March 23. When we checked out I asked about getting the charge for the night of March 23 credited back to my credit card and was told I would have to call the manager. Since March 25 I have called and spoken to the manager, [redacted] several times and have been assured that I would get my money back. The last time I spoke to her, about two weeks ago, she told me they were handling it that day. I called back last week and asked to speak to her and was told she would out, I left a message for her to call me back and am still waiting.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount charged to me for the night of Sunday, March 23 credited to my credit card. I think I have been very patient and have not been treated fairly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The general manager called and explained what happened and I've checked my credit card balance online and I have refund has been recorded.
