Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from the company to be sent next day, paying the extra $30 or so. A week later they had not arrived. I called and they said they don't know why they weren't sent. They would send them and credit the amount of the shipping. That was not done. The shoes arrived and they didn't fit my daughter. We literally put them back in the box, I went to the UPS store and sent them back for a credit. I got no acknowledgement for a while, so I called inquire. They said they couldn't find that they had been delivered. I had the tracking number and they had been delivered a week earlier. Then they sent me an email saying that they would give me a partial credit because the shoes were not in good shape. My daughter, as I said, tried them on an put them back in the box. I tried to call, but they literally hung up on me (they obviously have caller id). I have disputed the charge with my credit card, but I feel that companies need to be responsible for their actions.Desired Settlement: I trust that my credit card will take care of the disputed money, but I want to make sure that the company is held accountable.

Review: On January *, 2014, an order was placed with French Sole NY for a pair of shoes, with shipping and handling totaling $237.00. The order number was #[redacted] The shoes were received. They were returned to French Sole NY by Federal Express and were delivered on February *, 2014. Because the shoes were returned one day late and French Sole NY has a 30 day return policy, they advised they would not give a refund but would provide an exchange.

On May **, 2014, we called French Sole NY and provided them with an exchange item to replace the one returned.

On June **, 2014, we had not yet received the exchange pair of shoes and called French Sole NY. They said that the warehouse didn’t get the order sent out and they apologized. They said that they would have the shipment out that day and we could expect deliver in a few days.

On July *, 2014, we still hadn’t received the exchanged shoes, so we emailed the customer service department and inquired. We received a response email back from [redacted] in Customer Service stating they thought they sent the shoes. He asked for the exchange pair information (which was given in the email we sent on July *) and stated he would send over tracking that day. We immediately responded back with the information on the shoes we wanted and confirmed we had not received the exchanged pair.

On July *, 2014, we still hadn’t gotten a tracking number as promised for the day before, so we sent an email inquiring. [redacted] responded and said the order was coming from the warehouse and to give it a week for arrival, but gave no tracking information.

On July **, 2014, we still hadn’t received the shoes so we again emailed [redacted]. We got a response back from [redacted] that the order had been shipped at least twice. We immediately responded and asked for the name of the shipping company and the tracking numbers because no orders had been received.

On July **, 2014, there had been no response so we tried to call French Sole. The phone line picked up and then was disconnected. We tried again and it went immediately into the after hours recorded message, even though it was during business hours. We left a message, asking for a return call.

On July **, 2014, there was no return call, so we again emailed and asked for the shipping information.

On July **, 2014, we still had no response, so we tried to call French Sole again. We encountered the same thing – the line picked up and then was disconnected. When we called back, it immediately went into the after hours recorded message, even though it was during business hours.

On July **, 2014, we tried one more time to call. This time the phone picked up, there was a loud sigh on the other end and then the phone hung up. A call back resulted in the after hours message again, even though it was normal business hours.Desired Settlement: At this point, we would like to have a refund for the shoes, as we have made numerous attempts without success to resolve this matter.

Review: I have contacted this company numerous times being told I would be called back or was hung up on after telling me to hold on. When I would attempt to call back(I guess they know your telephone number the next time), only an answering machine saying was after hours would answer(only it was not after hours)!!!

I returned two pairs of shoes on Feb [redacted], 2015 from Order #[redacted] and was not given credit. I did not use the supplied [redacted] LABEL, so I was not supposed to be charged a re-stocking fee!!! I sent my package back by [redacted] myself on Feb. [redacted], 2015 with the tracking number #[redacted].

I should have been credited for $329.97 and I was only credited for $280.50. I should be credited for the $49.47. All I am asking is for this company to please take care of this matter and credit my credit card for my money($49.47). I would greatly appreciate this. Thank you!

Review: we ordered 2 pairs of shoes one regular price and one on sale. Both pairs were to big so we exchanged them for a smaller size they did not fit either. We wanted to return them so sent them back . we got them back in the mail stating only 1 pair the full price pair is returnable for money and the other is exchange only (which we were not told about before it does not state it clearly on the website!!)

we called and the person on the phone did not seem to understand anything kept putting us on hold and hung up on us a few times.

when we finally got through to another person they told us it was past the 30 days of the order so they could not give us any money back at all. I bought this on a [redacted] credit card and am hoping [redacted] can help me out with getting my money back. French sole is totally unethical the only reason the 30 days have past is because they sent the shoes back to us. for customer service not to want to help a client and to keep hanging up the phone on them is unheard of and unacceptable. I hope people will not buy there shoes after they read the injustice and total disregard to do good on something and have proper good customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like the billing adjustment all my money back on the credit card and an apology on how we were treated.

Review: I bought a pair of final sale shoes from the online store. Their policy states that they only offer exchanges for final sale shoes, but I asked them for an exception since I tried two different pairs and found them both very uncomfortable. They would not offer me a refund and I posted a review on [redacted] saying that I felt that I was receiving bad customer service since their replies to my emails had been terse and I had also received spam email from their account (that included what I can only imagine were other customers' email addresses). Someone from French Sole replied to my [redacted] post using my full name (not required on [redacted]) and accusing me of lying and trying to cheat their policy. I have since asked them to either give me a refund or send me a pair of shoes, but they have not done either. I paid for a pair of shoes and am either owed a refund or a pair of shoes. For the last 6 weeks, Website Customer Service has been telling me they will speak to the owner about a refund, but they never get back to me.Desired Settlement: I would accept a refund of the money I paid, or the pair of shoes I requested on my last exchange form (without any additional charges made to my credit card).
