Review: I ordered uniforms for my children in August- have had multiple problems with the order. Wrong size, wrong product, not embroidered as ordered. I was refunded the amount of the shirt that was never sent, however, they refuse to refund me the embroidery charge or taxes I paid. I have called, emailed, and spoke with reps via [redacted]. Not able to get a human to talk to me on the phone. I keep explaining that I can not get through their phone line and they still will not give me another number or call during my convenient times.Desired Settlement: Either option:

Refund me the embroidery and taxes charges or send me the shirt I ordered.

Review: I ORDERED FROM FRENCH TOAST FOR MY GRANDDAUGTHER AND HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR PLACING THE SCHOOL NAME AND LOGO ON THE SHIRTS. I ORDERED 3 SMALL AND RECEIVED 3 XL. WHEN I CALLED THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL ME THAT I ORDERED XL BUT MY GRANDDAUGHTER IS ONLY 5 AND IS TEENY TINY, SO I KNOW THAT I DID NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. AT ANY RATE, I ASKED FOR THE RIGHT SIZE TO BE SENT BUT OF COURSE I HAVE TO SEND THE XL, BACK WHICH IS NO PROBLEM BUT IT IS GOING TO TAKE A MONTH BEFORE I GET THE RIGHT SIZE. I ASKED THEM TO SEND THE RIGHT SIZE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT COULD NOT BE DONE.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING WHAT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE LOGO AND I WILL SEND THEM THE TSHIRTS BACK BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND DON'T WANT ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Review: ON 8/7/13 I ORDERED 5 UNIFORM PANTS FOR MY SON. TODAY IS 8/27/13 AND IS STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. MY SON WAS SUPPOSED TO START SCHOOL ON 8/19/13 SINCE HE DID NOT HAVE HIS UNIFORM PANTS HE HAS NOT YET STARTED. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE TAKEN TURNS STAYING HOME TO CARE FOR MY SON. I HAVE CALLED 3-4 TIMES TO FRENCH TOAST AND IT WAS NEVER RESOLVED.1ST TIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD NO MANAGER AVAILABLE AND IT WOULD TAKE 24-48 HOURS FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK AND THAT ONCE IT WAS APPROVED TO HAVE ORDER RESHIPPED IT WOULD TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO PROCESS ORDER THEN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY SINCE I HAD NOT HEARD BACK. I WAS TOLD NO MANAGER AVAILABLE, I TOLD THEM THAT IS CRAZY NOT TO HAVE A MANAGER AVAILABLE. THEN I WAS TOLD HE WAS TOO BUSY ON OTHER CALLS TO TALK TO ME, THAT A REQUEST WOULD BE PUT IN AND SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME IN 24/48 HOURS. NO ONE CALLED! I CALLED BACK TWO DAYS LATER A SUNDAY 8/25/13. FINALLY SPOKE WITH A "MANAGER" [redacted], HE PROMISED ME THAT ON MONDAY I WOULD BE EMAILED A CONFIRMATION OF RESHIPMENT AND TRACKING #, AND I WOULD RECIEVE A 10% REFUND. MONDAY CAME BUT NO EMAIL. TODAY TUESDAY 8/27/13 I CALLED TO FRENCH TOAST AND I HEAR GOOD MORNING FRENCH TOAST THIS IS [redacted]. I ASKED [redacted] ARE YOU A MANAGER HE SAID NO. I SAID BUT I SPOKE WITH A [redacted] ON SUNDAY IS THERE A [redacted] WHO IS A MANAGER. HE ASKED ME TO HOLD. A KEIRA CAME TO THE PHONE SHE SAID MY ORDER HAD NOT BEEN RE SHIPPED. SHE STATED SHE WOULD RESEND MY ORDER, I ASKED FOR OVER NIGHT BECAUSE WE CANNOT MISS ANYMORE WORK, SHE SAID IT WOULD BE SHIPPED OVER NIGHT, BUT BEFORE ON SUNDAY I WAS TOLD THEY DONT SHIP OVERNIGHT. I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLEADED FOR HELP WITH MY ORDER AND NO ONE CARED, I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK AS I WAS TOLD. I WAS LIED TO OVER AND OVERDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE ALL MY MONEY BACK OUT OF COURTESY FOR PUTTING ME THROUGH ALL THIS STRESS, I AM APPAULED AT THE NON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS CAUSED EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND HAD A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN AT HOME.

Review: My Bank Acct. was charged twice for the same item. I tried calling the company but refused to asst. me with my problem since I ordered the item thur Amazon.com. The draft came from French Toast. I tried twice to contact Amazon without a response.
