Review: I ordered two size 14 skirts and received one size 12 and one size 16. They were mistagged and bagged incorrectly which I did not know until they havd been hemmed by a tailor. When I called Customer Service , I was informed they would have to email the warehouse to verify they had the correct items and that it could take 48 hours. They also agreed to refund shipping I had paid. Five days later I received a call informing me they had the items and would ship them overnight. At that point I still had not received my shipping refund. When I inquired about it, I was told I had already received it. It showed up in my account two days later. What did not show up, were the skirts. Instead of shipping them overnight the next day as promised, two days later they were shipped Ground and it took an entire week for me to receive them. When they did arrive, the order was still incorrect. I contacted Customer Service. Again. At this point I just asked for a refund and said I would return the skirts to them. I was told that request would have to go through Corporate and would receive a phone call the next day after 3:30 PM CDT. Instead I was left a message that they were shipping the correct skirts overnight. I called Customer Service again and was told I could not be transferred directly to Corporate, but that they would put a request in the system for the call to occur within 24-48 hours. That was 7 days ago and I still have not received a call.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded as I requested. I would also like a shipping label to be sent to me so I can return all the skirts I now have, but can't use.

Review: I ordered some pants early on 10/**/2013. I realized I ordered the wrong size within 10 minutes, so I emailed them asking them to cancel my order or change the size. I didn't hear back from them all day, so I emailed them again that night. I still didn't hear anything the next night, so I sent them an email telling them that I went ahead and ordered the correct size so cancel my order and do not ship it. On 10/** I received an email saying they shipped my order. I called customer service and they told me they already shipped the product so there was no way I could get my money back unless I shipped the order back to them.

Shipping costs about as much as the refund I would get so either way, they are telling me that I have to pay for an order I cancelled.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I cancelled that order two days before they shipped it. My order confirmation email said to email customer service if I had a problem with my order and that is exactly what I did. I don't see why I am now forced to lose money.
