To whom it may concern; Re:[redacted]I am responding to a letter received from the Revdex.com in regards to a consumer whom filed a complaint with you about our business.While reading the customer's statement of the problem I can only confirm a portion of the summary. I initially spoke with...

the complaint about her automobile part and the cost shipping and the guarantee of a working part. Said complainant did not provide shipping information or and address for the part to be ordered indicating that she would be corresponding with the information.Since we have a website and ship throughout the continental U.S. we are conscious of timely shipping and expediting orders, I regret that I was not available to speak with when the complainant called to state she did not receive her order.If indeed the processing information was given it was not entered into our system and therefore was not sent out. The employee she spoke with searched our data base and records and could not find where she actually placed and order. He indicated to me that the said party became irate and condescending. After attempting to explain that if her credit card had not been debited the order never went through our system.We have been in business since 1948 and to my knowledge have never had a complaint filed against us. If in any way the said party feels that she was treated in an unfair manner 1 apologize for I am responsible for this business and the operations thereof.Sincerely;

Review: I called last Monday to order a part for my vehicle. I provided my credit card information and mailing address to the representative and was told the part would be tested and shipped on Tuesday. I waited and noticed my credit card was not charged and sent an email contacting the business on Friday to find out what was going on. I received an email Monday morning stating that there had been a break in communication and I needed to provide my payment information. I responded and said that I had already provided the information. I followed up the email with a call. I did not catch the name of the man who answered my call. I asked to speak to *, but was told he was not available. This man then went through emails and credit card statements to check on my order. He told me he did not believe I would have provided the information because it would have been charged. I stated that I was upset that I gave my information and had not gotten my order. He became very rude and belittling. At that point, I told him I would find another auto parts dealer who employed more polite people. He said "yeah, whatever." and hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: I want a written apology
