Frenchy's Nail Salon Reviews (%countItem)

I came in and asked to get my nails done in acrylic. I was charged over $75 to get them done and after a week one was already coming off. I then went in to get it fixed on a Tuesday at 12 during business hours to find out the person who did my nails didn't use acrylic even though I was charged for it, which is also why they aren't staying but instead did powder. When I told them I needed them fixed even though they had 3 people 'working? they said they could not fix it but the owner was the only one who knows how to actually do nails and he isn't here. So when I asked for my money back because I was there during business hours and what I paid for was not what I got they told me I would have to wait for the owner to call me back that they had no money in the register to give me a refund. So not only was I given the wrong service and charged untruthfully. I still have a nail that hurts and they can not fix and would not take my nails completely off.
Product_Or_Service: Acrylic set

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a refund and for people to know that 1. They do not charge correctly for what they are providing. 2. Even when they fix your nails when you come in they do not have people who can work and just expect you to come in around there schedule. Which is not right.

At first, her nail set was done exactly over a week and doing her nails takes almost 2 hours. she requested acrylic powder color service (take off- long nails- ombre glitter-coffin nails) was agreed on for $75, but she said she was overcharged for $75- It's a fabrication, when we already set a price for each part of the nails. That's the right price for that nail set and I still remember that she was very pleased when the nail set was completed. And after a week, sometimes the nails open or crack it is normal, because no one's can't tells that what did she do or worked with that long nails. Then, After 9 days she came back and asked if they could fix 1 finger and we were glad to say "YES". The employees did their duty by inviting her to the seat, checking her hands and looking for her powder color. But in the meantime, the shop has only three workers and the pity here is that no one can make acrylic powder and above all, long nails with ombre. then an employee asked her who was the man who made the nails, then they could contact that person. but unfortunately that day was the off day for him and the owner. but the staff called him, but he didn't pick up and they told the guest to leave her name and phone number so that the owner or the employee who had serviced her could contact her to make an appointment as soon as possible. But she wants to do it right now and shows an unhappy attitude that no one of the three employees can fix her hands. Yes, this is a shortcoming of our salon, I'm really sorry! But we still try to contact the owner. but she showed an impatient attitude, did not want to wait and wanted to reclaim the money and sue while there was no manager, or employer. and the employees present that day DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to take money from the salon to pay for something without the owner's consent. and they explained to the guest and apologizing that they didn't have that right, and gave the phone number so she could talk to the owner but unfortunately the owner didn't pick up. then she showed an angry attitude and took a photo of the salon and the staff licenses and I was really worried about what her purpose was. And few minutes later that worker called back and the staff presenting the incidentit to him and gave the visitor's phone number to him. in the meantime she just got out of her car. then the employee immediately called her and told her that he would come right now (even though it was his only day off in a working week) because we always valued our customers on the top. but she disagreed and wanted to sue. However, about 10 minutes later, both the owner and the employee came and were still in the hope of fixing her nails, but she left.
And the second thing she said we didn't use arcylic to make for her, as she asked. It was a false accusation of intent to discredit our salon when she said it wasn't acrylic powder, I definitely affirm that I made acrylic powder according to what she asked earlier. but what's worth mentioning here is that my employees have done their job properly, the nails are over a week old but they are still happy to take over and the problem just it is day off of this worker, but we still try by all means to be able to serve her as soon as possible. and finally he was still present with the criteria of our salon is customer satisfaction. With her asking for a refund and the attitude that day was really excessive and extremely unreasonable. We have never encountered a situation like this before, we have never lost credibility with our customers. I can say the problem is that she made everything stressful and made it difficult for us just to get the money back and it was unreasonable after 9 days just for fixing one finger nails.
Please! make this clear! It is really a slander, a false statement and this will affect the business of our Nails salon. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
