Co sells using a # of names, poor quality and not revealing shipped from China. Outdoors Tribe refused to issue pickup and incomplete order lost money
Order XXXXXX placed 12/11/19. Merchandise received after Christmas due to shipping from China. Poor quality of 13 sets of reusable mesh produce bags; 1 pk of grocery bags; and didn't receive 8 reusable storage bags. First shipment was incomplete and products not as advertised. First complaint 01/09/20. Co tried to manipulate by offering a 20% disc and penalizing a 20% restocking fee in TX. Refused to issue a pickup as most reputable companies would do. I had to pay $14.40 to ship garbage items to TX. Paid $174.81 for incomplete order and cheap China products. After my experience I found Outdoors Tribe's Facebook page was inundated with similar complaints and the Revdex.com has had 18 complaints. Company is advertising and selling products under several names at same address, Suite 240, I .e., Outdoors Tribe, Frenzy Outlet, Jetpay Payment Services, Modicious, Lampeez, All Out Passion, Dallas Detailing and Buffing, Alexsor, Pro Source of Dallas, ECommerce Trendz, Patio Furniture Liquidators, Rise ECommerce and Interceramic USAA all using the same address and same suite #240. That's THIRTEEN different company names in one office! Numerous complaints filed against most of these companies. I feel it may be scam businesses and want $189.21 refunded to me.

Desired Outcome

$189.21 refunded for missing or poor quality merchandise and cost to return shipment to Outdoors Tribe since they refused to issue a pickup which took time, inconvenience and gas to post office. Outdoors Tribe received merchandise on 02/13/20 @ 3:13 pm by USPS tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX.

Products never received.
I ordered the reusable bag and storage products from Outdoors Tribe, and never received my order. I contacted them, and have had no response.

Desired Outcome

Since I never received my orders, I would like a full refund.

Received 25% of order placed on 12/6/2019. Business continues to refuse refund for items not delivered. Unable to reach personnel by phone and email response is that they will continue to ship items, which they have not. I have made it known via email that I no longer want these items, I would like a refund. Merchandise is shipped from China which is unknown to consumer when purchasing.

False advertisement of delivery time and where the product comes from.
On 12/5/19 I paid $39.99 online for a product from Outdoors Tribe at www.outdoorstribe.com where the company advertises "all orders take about 2-7 business days to be delivered" and claims "we are a US based company and ship from our warehouse in Carrolton, TX." My items were shipped on 12/7/19 from China. I was provided with a tracking number that was not even usable until 12/20/19 when the package arrived in NY. I received the package on 12/24/19. AFTER I made the purchase, I received an email from the company stating "Your Outdoors Tribe order will ship in 2-3 business days due to very high demand, but we'll work on getting it out at the earliest and we will email you a shipping receipt as soon as it leaves our warehouse. For US orders, delivery timeline is about 7-12 days and international orders may take about 10-20 days." Clearly, this is information that should have been provided BEFORE my purchase was made. As the items purchased were supposed to be used for gifts at a holiday event that took place on 12/22/19, I informed the company that I would like them to pay for the shipping to return the product. At first they said they would not do this. Then they offered to provide me with a return label but said that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand that things are busy around the holidays, but this is false advertisement regarding shipping time and location of shipping. Had my items come from Texas as they were supposed to, it certainly would not have taken 17 days for me to receive them! The customer service with the company has been atrocious. I have an entire thread of emails back and forth where they refuse to accommodate me for their mistake. In one of the emails they informed me that "We had to ship some orders from international location due to high demand. We are trying to fulfill all orders in time.
We assure you that they are the same products." I am disgusted with the lack of customer service provided and want to make sure that people know not to buy from this company!

I want the business to be held accountable for what they promise to thier customers and I want the public to know what service they are actually receiving.

Was promised my order XXXXX would delivered b4 Christmas. They were US TX. Now says from China. I did not want to order from China. Still no delivery.
The payment method was through Wells Fargo Debit card and therefore can't get my money back. The order # is XXXXX and was placed on 11/22 was to ship within a couple of days and be delivered within a week. Still nothing. I have emailed them several times asking for confirmation of delivery before Christmas and the response was that it would be delivered in time for Christmas. I ordered reusable and washable grocery bags for family and friends. With no delivery, I had to purchase alternate gifts as to not be empty handed.

Desired Outcome

I wanted the product when promised and still want it. But if it takes much longer, I want my money back.

I was charged for the items that I ordered (3 10 PC Reusable Washable See-Through Mesh Eco-Friendly bags) from Outdoors Tribe but never received them
On December 2, 2019 I placed an order for three (3) 10 PC Reusable Washable See-Through Mesh Eco-Friendly bags - order# XXXXX. Unfortunately, I never received the 3 sets of bags.

I received a China Post tracking number from Outdoors Tribe, after placing the order (

We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." This status has been like this since December 4th and appears that it is still at the Outdoors Tribe facility."

My Visa credit card has been charged the full amount ($44.99) even though I never received the products.

I reached out to Outdoors Tribe on 12/23/19 and asked when I can expect my delivery, but they only responded with the following response.... "The pre-shipment is shown until the order is received by USPS.
It is in route to the next facility.

I would like to either have my Visa credited with the $44.99 or I would like to receive the products that I purchased. It should not take almost 30 days to have the product shipped.

I have not received items I purchased through their website. Money was taken out of my account and company won't respond to me.
Order placed on 12/7/19 with the money taken out of my account on 12/9/19. Received an email stating my items shipped on 12/10/19 with a tracking number from NINGBO EMS, CHINA but business is listed in Texas. The tracking email from USPS states that my package is it's way to a USPS facility and is in the pre-shipment phase. Tracking Number: LWXXXXXXXXXCN

Company has not returned my phone calls and I received a second email stating my items shipped with the same tracking number from China that is listed above. My order number is XXXXX. Company is listed as "Outdoors Tribe." I used my credit card for the amount of $19.99.

I would like a full refund ($19.99) from the company. I was led to believe these items were made in America and no longer wish to have these since they are coming from China.

Order placed on 12/10/2019. Therecwas no way to remove items from the order before it was processed. It went through instantly with no opportunity to review. Emailed to cancel immediately (within minutes) on 12/10. No response until 12/11 asking for order # even though my first email was a reply to their order confirmation. Again no action until 12/12 when they responded that it could not be cancelled because it had already shipped. They offered a 20% discount if I keep the items. They charge a restocking fee of 20% for returned items. To date items have not been received. From tracking info, they seem to be coming from China. The USPS tracking number indicates they have not reached a US post office yet. They claim to be a US company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund without a restocking fee when i return the items.

Non receipt of merchandise nor response to my calls or email
On 12/15 I placed an order for 6 reusable bags for carrying groceries or the like. The cost was $19.99. I never received an email with an order # or receipt of sale but they did charge my credit card for the sale so I know they received my order. I have been calling their 800 # and all I get is someone saying leave # and someone will get back to me. I called 3 times and also sent an email with no response. I want to cancel the sale and acct credited or a phone call from them

Ordered product on December 2. After 2 weeks started trying to contact by phone and email. No phone response and only a canned email saying my product has shipped. I purchased re-usable, produce bags for $55.00 from this company. They never delivered the product and have not responded to email or phone call.

Order #XXXXX on 11/20. Valid USPS tracking # rec'd on 11/22. Item still has not been received by USPS. Multiple excuses including holiday traffic.
I placed order #XXXXX for 1 set of eco-friendly produce bags on 11/20. On 11/22 I received a valid USPS tracking number. As of today's date my order still has not been received by USPS. I have a chain of multiple emails back and forth with the company (dba as Outdoors Tribe) asking where my order is. and a second response stating, "Hello. We apologize but the delay is due to more traffic being holiday season. Sincerely, Outdoors Tribe Support." I did leave my order # and phone but I do not expect a return call though that it was was stated in their outgoing message.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the $19.99 I paid for my order. It is obvious at this point in time that it was either 1) never shipped or 2) has been lost in transit. That they are not willing to provide a replacement for the product (at no additional charge) or refund me directly I have opted to turn to the Revdex.com.

I finally received my order this evening (12/17/19). It was shipped from China with the shipping name & address being: *** lu, *** XXXXXX CHINA PHONE: XXXXXXXXXXXXX. The parcel indicates it was shipped via airmail. There is no ship date or invoice so determining when it actually shipped is not possible, nor how long it took to clear customs. Although this resolves my primary issue, since I did ultimately receive the product, I will not ever do business with this company again. Their customer service is very poor, especially in light of the fact that they won't answer direct questions (i.e., exactly where is my order shipping from). As for the product itself, I will have to discard it if washing it does not eliminate the odor.

I just received the 2 hats that I recently ordered. They came promptly in good condition. The hats are very well made. I expect to order more next year.

I purchased 4 floaties for a pool at 24 bucks each. It said it would be delivered within the week, I ordered this several weeks ago so I tried to call them and keep getting a voicemail stating they area helping other customers. I have left a couple messages, and I also left emails on their help desk. I heard nothing.

I either want the floaties or a full refund.
