My experience with Fresh Air Corp was excellent from beginning to endWhen I called to schedule, the owner answered the phone and took the time to explain their entire processThe cleaning team was prompt, professional and friendlyMost importantly, I know the vents were thoroughly cleaned, which was necessary after a recent renovation project created lots of dust and dirtI have used other air duct cleaners in the past, but Fresh Air Corp will be my only choice from now on

I was investigating different companys and what their process is of cleaning ducts.I called and got Becca who was very helpful in explaining the process to me She called back and again was very helpful and informative She really understands the whole process as if she was an experienced techIts why I chose this company When James and Andy arrived they were more than professional I am rarely impressed but James is very critical of detailsIt was good to see there are still some people that take pride in their workThe process is the most efficient I found, and I have been around the building business for years They were conscientious about protecting carpet and walls They cleaned efficiently and precisely James gave a detailed description of everything he did Answered all my questions and is a very valuable asset to this company

This was the first time that I have had this service done James took the time to explain the process, why it should be done and what to expect He is awesome at what he does You can tell that it's not just a paycheck, he really cares and provides quality work I didn't have to ask any question because he covered all bases, keeping the line of communication open during the entire process He has provided this service for over years and is TOP NOTCH!!!

I was extremely pleased with the work they did at our new home! I received a full explanation of all services provided to us in great detail, and felt much more comfortable with paying for this service than I would have with any other company!

I had Fresh Air Corp to my home to clean all the vents and furnace in my house James K arrived on time, nicely dressed in his uniform, ready to get started He put protectors on his shoes and asked me to show him where my furnace was and all the vents and cold air returns in my house He then got to work right away Once he completed the job, he shared with me the before and after pictures of the inside of my vents Boy what a difference! He also took the time to let me know my furnace filter was needing changed and gave me some alternatives to the size filter I have been using That information was very helpful to me as I had no idea I could use another filter thickness He also offered to change my filter since I had new ones ready for replacement He made sure my furnace was operating properly before he left Very impressed with James and his company I would highly recommend them and would hire them again if needed

James at Fresh Air Corp was fantastic Very professional and knowledgeable Shared with me every step they did to clean out my air vents Showed me before and after pictures and gave me an honest answer for how often I need to have them cleaned out Even offerd to change my furnace filter for me and fixed a couple of items left undone by previous workers (not from Fresh Air) Definitely recommend Fresh Air and James in particular!!!

I am very grateful for Fresh Air Corp and their employee, James K I contracted with Fresh Air Corp to clean air ducts in new home (home built in 1930) James and his co-worker did a great job Even more, James advised he smelled a gas leak in the basement I contacted *** *** *** *** showed up immediately and discovered several leaks The gas was shut down and having leaks fixedI am so Thankful for James going above and beyond his work I will use Fresh Air Corp again and specifically request James Kto handle the work

For the 3rd time since 2008, James cleaned our heating and air conditioning supply and return air ducts today Megan set up our appointment Robert helped James during the actual cleaning The Fresh Air Corp well-decorated truck arrived on-time, caught the attention of several new neighbors, and "presents a good image"! Obviously I (we) appreciate the clean air benefits created by this Company and Crew We'll schedule them, again, in about four years~

Fresh Air Corp James did an excellent job informing me of the work to be done They prepared my home for the work utilizing runners and corner guards They use shoe protectors while inside our home The work was performed efficiently and completely in the time estimate given I would highly recommend James and Fresh Air Corp for your home duct cleaning
