Review: My heat pump unit was installed by [redacted] back in May of 2012. Two to three weeks into the installation, we suffered our first setback that required the replacement of a major part of the unit. [redacted] did try to get the company to replace the entire unit immediately because the issue was difficult and extensive to fix but the company refused. [redacted] fixed only that specific part. One year later, the unit stopped working again. [redacted] did not return my phone calls for service for numerous days. I was forced to call an outside company who informed me that the unit was too low on freon and that I may have a small leak. I was asked to contact the person who installed the unit for further service. [redacted] finally returned my call many days later and came to my house to visualize the problem. I was informed by [redacted] that the "issue" seemed to have been taken care of and didn't need any further service but he would check back at the change of seasons. He never checked back. As of February 2, 2015, my heat pump has now frozen and is not functional. My household is on emergency heat. Multiple, numerous phone calls have been made to him requesting service and I even sent an email for further contact options. [redacted] is not standing behind his workmanship and I feel as though I have wasted my money on a completely dysfunctional investment.Desired Settlement: I would like a full replacement of my heat pump unit. This unit has not worked properly since installation and I should not be suffering the consequences of a product that cost me so much money and does not work as expected.
