I will never recommend this company to anyoneI have tried for months to get a breast pump and still not received oneThis company is putting blame on insurance but they have filed the insurance incorrectly timesI called my insurance company and was put on hold all three times while they called Fresh Air to explain how filing needed to be doneThe issue has yet to be resolved and no one seems to know anything other than "we havent heard from insurance but we will call you when we do"
I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have tried for 3 months to get a breast pump and still not received one. This company is putting blame on insurance but they have filed the insurance incorrectly 3 times. I called my insurance company and was put on hold all three times while they called Fresh Air to explain how filing needed to be done.
