Worse Service Ever
These guys are terrible. They came out twice to troubleshoot the same problem and didn't fix it and also made it worse. I was having problems with smaller 1.5 ton HVAC unit not producing heat or air. Fresh Air Systems came out and just talked a lot with little work. They ended up loading 3 pounds of coolant and said that would fix it. Of course I had to pay for that. A few weeks later I called them to come back. They sent two experienced technicians this time because I said I didnt want a trainee working on my system like the last time. This time they said I needed my compressor replaced it would cost me about $1,000 or more. They told me to call them when I was ready to go forward and they will come out. I ended up calling my current HVAC company who installed my systems. They troubleshooted the unit and said the problem was a thermal sensor gone bad and needed to be replaced. They also told me that Fresh Air Systems over charged my system with too much coolant and was causing a new problem. They drained the coolant and reinserted to the correct levels. Fresh Air Systems charged me another $300 to tell me I needed a new compressor and that was not even the case. I would recommend to everyone to go with a trusted company rather than this one to complete your HVAC service.
