Fresh Appliance Service

They were paid to repair my stove but never came back to change the part. And never returned any calls regarding this issue.
On sept 26,2018 I phoned *** to get my oven fixed, they sent out fresh appliance on sept 28, 2018. The guy was only here a couple min and figured he knew what part needed to be changed. He said he would order the part and call when it came in. He phoned me on November 6,2018 and said he had the part and could come change it, he did, he realized it was the wrong part and decided it was a different part, but told me I needed to pay him the labour fee of $155.39 and I wouldn't owe him anything else when he came back with the right part. He told me it shouldn't take as long to get this other part. Weeks went by then months, I phone 3 or 4 times leaving messages asking if he had the part yet and if he could give me a update on when the part would be in. My calls were never returned. In January 2019, I phoned and he finally answered and remember me and said he would check on the part and get back to me. He never got back to me. I even had my husband leave a message with no response. I finally had enough so I phoned *** They said he submitted nov 6,2018 that he had repaired my stove. So now *** is sending out a different company and I have to pay again.
