RE: Case # *** Customer claims a cancellation was made in October 2016. We process all cancelation requests in real time with the customer still on the phone and follow up with cancelation confirmation email. Similarly, when a cancelation request comes in via email, cancelation
is processed immediately and follow up confirmation email is sent. Our phones are manned from 8AM-5PM ET every business day. We have no record of phone call or email from this subscriber. More than one year after alleged cancellation we received phone call regarding subscription not being used and a request for refund. We promptly issued a refund according to our published refund policy. There was no indication of any problem or any dissatisfaction with the service as subscriber continued to pay each month for more than a yearOur subscriptions can be cancelled at any time However, to meet the request being made by subscriber, we have issued an additional refund well in excess of our stated refund policy

I am contacting you about .investors observer. This is a company that got me to sign up with them, Billing me while I have been in the hospital on and off since February and I have not use this service, nor do they recognize me calling and canceling within the 30 day period. I do not have no evidence of a call to them, so that continual billing is justified according to their system. My father has been paying my bills since I'm in the hospital and he automatically paid it without knowing any better. To me this is a bait and switch, I have been taken advantage of while I am sick, and this issue needs to be taken care of immediately because this is a large amount of money that I have been taken for. ThanksDesired Settlement: Erase and credit my prior bills, since I have not used the service and tried to cancel it, but don't have it documented according to investors observer computers.
