We had our master bath completed on budget by Diamond Bath in Fall We gutted our entire bathroom and ended up with a wonderful spa-like bathroom The team at Diamond Bath was great and we will consider using this team again for future bath remodelsThis team really went the extra mile in our remodel We reduced the size of a window for the bathroom, which required new siding on the exterior of the house In order for the siding to match exactly, the team took the original siding off the side of the house and put it on the back of the house to create a perfect match They then put the new siding on the side of the house that is not visible to anyone, which is almost a perfect match They also repaired a small hole in the drywall in the entryway of our house, which was a nice gestureJim, the owner, was great to work with He was willing to go over options in email, which was very convenient with my work schedule He offered many different options and was always able to answer any questions we had, promptly Once the project kicked off, all the workers were professional and courteous Rick led the project and was available to answer any and all questions in person or via text Additionally, the interior designer and office manager (Melissa & Jen) were great Melissa provided some help with the lighting and Jen was easy to work with as well I recommend this team for any bathroom remodels

We contracted Diamond Bath Remodeling (who remodeling two of our bathrooms) to remodel our kitchen and reface our kitchen cabinets The kitchen looks brand new and modern The designer recommended a crown molding for the top of the cabinets and it really made a difference
Pleased to provide my feedback for others regarding my experience with Jim and Jen and the rest of the Diamond Bath team It is completely refreshing to work with friendly, organized, and experienced professionals that treat customers with respect and integrityDiamond Bath was the first of contractors to review and estimate the project I had for my two upstairs bathrooms After Jim's visit I knew I didn't need to have anyone else come out - although I did just for my peace of mind I am actually glad I had the others make the trip because it reinforced what I already knew - Diamond Bath was the right choiceHere is what you can expect: A phone call to confirm your desire to have someone pay a visit to your home to take pictures and discuss the project with you (Jen will make that call) An email confirming your appt date and time (also from Jen) A visit to you home for the assessment (Jim) An email within the timeframe discussed to provide the estimate and a summary statement of what the job entails (from Jim) A follow up call to confirm you got the info and if you had any questions (from Jen) Upon signing the contract, you will be set up in their online project portal (Jon will be your project manager) The portal will contain the work summary, your selections and any change orders along the way, and a running list of your phased payments during the project in addition to original pictures of your bathrooms and in progress shots from each day of work that is performed (Jon manages the portal) You then pay a visit to their office and can work with their interior designer (Melissa) to choose colors, materials, and fixtures Her recommendations were great You will then get an email or a phone call from Jim to confirm the start date for the project Jen then calls to confirm the start date as it approaches On the first day, Jim and Jon arrive with the crew to go over the work and set expectations for the approach they will take Their crew - in my case it varied in the number of people that the specific people on any given day depending on the work that was going on - Rick, Lenny, Bob, and Ed All great guys - very knowledgeable and respectful Their work, cleanliness, professionalism, and their solutions to problems that pop up make them top notch No hidden charges, no mysterious obstacles that suddenly pop up, and no guess work about when they will show, what is going on, or when they will be done In the end, my job was done in the time expected for the price agreed to and it is FANTASTIC - no exaggeration, its fantastic! Despite their focus solely on bathrooms, I have already made it my mission to convince them to do my basement for me as wellThanks to the Diamond Bath team It truly was a pleasure!
