Dear Revdex.com, We take pride in providing customers with quality products , professional certified experienced services.We so very strongly believe there is no merits to customers complaint Please note the following events;There was NOT Three attempt to address any
issues:( first Visit) Dec 16th, Installation; I personally installed the job ( years of industry experience)customer was asked to review the job, she was very particular, I found customer requirements as unreasonable and excessive yet took additional hours and met her requirements finally she was well satisfied and issued final payment.( second visit) She called and complained about broken shutter; I was shocked, concerned andscheduled to visit immediately , Not to effect her schedule and plans ( with the goal in providing customer care and service) left my warehouse early Monmorning, was at her home at 8:promptly found that due to slamming they had caused damage , we mended the damage yet offered to replace with a new panel.( Third visit) Expedited the remake, so that we can install at her connivence, she stated she has time off first week of January , Visited 9:amJan 4th , install takes 20-Min.again complying to her requirement took 1/hours to review and adjust over and over.at final review I found that she slams the panel harsh and stated that products are to be handled properly , she then suddenly started in asking for a refund.Additionally, I must note , we use a drop cloth in front of the windows, after installation we vacuum and cleanthe area ** *** has clams, and simply disregards our caring professional services .According to her purchase agreement and industry standards custom made products are not subject toreturn or cancellation In view of our commitment to customer satisfaction we have offered partial or full credit , We supply window coverings of all kinds, and are willing to provide replacement products.RegardsKass K***

I have discussed the matter again with the owner of fresh cleaners. He has agreed to pay for the damages. I would like to consider this matter resolved.

Review: On Wednesday, October 8th I brought a pair of vintage 1950's Roy Rogers chaps to be repaired due to a minor tear on the seam of leg to Fresh Cleaners in Lincoln. When I asked if the item could be repaired the person said, "yes". I told her to handle my item with extreme care because it was very fragile. She then proceeded to tear it more upon inspection, but stated she could repair it. I paid in advance for same day service which came out to $17.00. When I picked up my item the tear had been repaired but now had a large scorched mark on the leg that wasn't there when it was dropped off. The lady refused to admit that she had done anything wrong. She was very adamant that she didn't do the damage. I then asked her to contact her boss. She called the owner right then and there. The owner said she was going to trust the employee and let her take care of the situation. The girl refused to take ownership of the issue, and said she had nothing to do with it. I am now frustrated with the fact that something that was dear to me is now ruined. I'm not only out my $17.00 for services but the $300.00 for the price of the chaps. Its very upsetting that the girl suggested that we were lying.Desired Settlement: I want compensation for the value of my property.300.00 for the price of the item,17.00 for the price of services

Review: This complaint is in behalf of my parents, who are currently in their 60's and speaks English as their 2nd language. They have asked me to file this for them. They went into the cleaners to get alteration done on my dad's shirt, upon pick up, the shirt was clearly mis-altered and too short to be even worn properly. My parents requested for a refund of $20 for the service they didnt get, upon such inquiry, the lady that works there grabbed a stapler and threathened them with it. In addition, she was raising her voice and attempted to hit them while pushing out the door. My parents left upset, angry and was fearing for their safety with the attemtped assault. They came home helpless and needing that some sort of justice need to be in placed. As I yelp this business, I see that there is a consistency in rudeness, service is poor and product delivery is very bad. This business needs to be investigated by Revdex.com. In addition, Elk Grove Police had been advised and in the process of speaking with my parents about the details of this matter.Desired Settlement: Refund and replacement $20 for the alteration and $30 for the shirt) will be appreciated however we will be more satisfied with this business investigated and fined if there are business laws related to attempted assault.

My customer complained both times he brought two pin suits and short suit that was too long. I measured him and he said it was ok. Then he left and came back and stated it is too short. I let him know that is what he ordered . I'm not happy because that is what he ordered.
