Mrs [redacted] has signed contract to pay for services renderedShe is past due on payment since 5/17/After extensive efforts to collect we have had to lien her property today 10/17/For her pricing complaint, she signed the contract twice and agreed to pricingThe work has been completed, therefore the price is not negotiable As for work performed we began the job on a Wednesday she want aware off the date and wasn't ready for us We had to work astound her, and her dogs the entire day, Thursday we arrived she wouldn't let us in Came back Friday the customer contact required steps were still not taken to prepare the work area We did our work as best as possible considering the conditions We had to cal her as her animals were getting into our painting area and deficating in the kitchen and urinating on the cabinets we were trying to prime Saturday she again refused us entry to the property Over the weekend she takes photos after moving the primed doors damaging them stating we had stacked them She doesn't tell us, she emails corporate trying to get a refund even though she hasn't paid anything Sunday evening she asks to meet with the owner Monday However schedules wouldn't allow, but owner spent hours onsite Tuesday The work was completed, again while they cooked and animals ran wild in freshly painted area The owner did a walk through for an hour with the homeownersAnd agreed to return Friday to complete touch ups noted in the walk throughThursday night Me [redacted] emailed stating the painters can't work Friday We have not been allowed by Ms [redacted] to perform any touch up work We have also not been paid for any services (Color Consultation, Scheduling Deposit,Contracted Project) dating back as far as May We have been in constant communication with Ms [redacted] trying to resolve this, however she refuses to allow the painters to come do touch ups we've been rescheduled or cancelled on times, and refuses to pay for services rendered
