SCOTT ADAM P came to my building on 12/2/19 which I thought he was from *** flooring. he gave me a quote, took me to a place on Ridgeway Ave to show me a epoxy floor (said he did the work there) Came back on 12/9/19 took a deposit for$3200.00 dollars. I was clear on what the floor should look like. he went to location and said he could do it. Said he would paint also, took another check for $527.00. Sent a person to paint another mess. Dec.10th the excuses started, no tile back ordered. Had some other people come and do a few things. More excuses not showing up. no prep work done on the floor. Dec. 16 did the floor with garage paint not epoxy looks terrible still no tiles for kitchen area. Dec 18th never saw him again. He is a scammer and has a done it to several people in the past. Google his name-lots of issues there. I had to have the floor stripped, the bathroom tiles removed and repaint.
Response taken by phone: She hired us to do an epoxy floor. She wanted a marble finish but we told her that no 2 finishes would come out the same. We did the floor but it was not what she expected. So she refused to pay the remaining balance of $3600.
