I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and appreciate the reply, nevertheless we must reserve judgement until we have actually received the product, installed and tested its performance and received a sample of the quality of AIT's Manual Documentation, Assembly drawings & spare parts information, etc. before we can honestly say whether AIT's response is "satisfactory". We do sincerely hope that they can delivery on their latest delivery date of 11-30-15 and that at that time we will also receive all of the appropriate drawings, service, safety, and operations manual documentation etc. that they provide.
