Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Elizabeth's response does not address her shoddy work overallThe initial credit she issued was because I called her and complained about bleedingThe additional time she took to complete the facial was not a courtesyit was necessary because of her own mistakesShe first neglected to perform the microdermabrasion and so she needed to go back and re do stepsShe also did such a poor job on the dermaplaning that I made her continue to perform the service until she resolved the major issuesAgain, if Elizabeth was qualified to perform these services, not only would she have done it right the first time, but I would not be complainingIf she had done it right the first time, she would not have have to extend my appointmentHer assertion that this appointment extension was a courtesy to me is false.
I did make an appointment with a licensed esthetician who has received training and certification in both microdermabrasion and dermaplaning treatments; I had the microdermabrasion redone the very next dayIt was the dermaplaning that had to wait two weeks due to the damage cause by Elizabeth and her techniquesI had raw spots on my skin from the pressure she appliedThese were areas that were simply too sensitive to report dermaplaning so soonBut the microderm was safe.
Elizabeth fails to provide proof of her dermaplaning-specific trainingBroad-scope skin care treatments does not indicate that she's qualified to perform the services.
I am requesting a full rerun of the remaining $paid for my treatment from which Elizabeth was not qualified to perform
Sincerely,*** ***

As a nationally Board Certified NP, I am licensed and practice within my legal scope of practice in OR. I have attached a Certificate of Completion in Medical Skin Care and have taken all the required courses for Aesthetics and Family Practice. I am professionally trained with complete...

documentation. My education is current with over 100 hours per year in advanced aesthetic education. Dermaplaning involves mechanical exfoliation of vellus facial hair and spent skin cells with a 10S blade. As millions of these fine hairs are all over the body, only some will be affected in the course of treatment…not all. The patient approved the work in the mirror prior to leaving my office. She describes in an email. she saw an aesthetician the next day and was given a 2 week forward appointment. If the aesthetician noted untreated areas of vellus hair present, the appropriate treatment would be to remove them. She did not. The repeated microdermabrasion can be performed at most any time, depending on patient's skin tolerance. The microdermabrasion was initially overlooked. An apology was made, the treatment was performed with a course diamond tip on outer face followed by a fine tip due since the patient presented with broken capillaries across cheeks. I performed an additional Enimnece Organics mask and asked her how her time was running. Since she had allotted 2 hours on our 45min procedure, the treatment time was extended without added cost to 70 plus minutes. Every effort was made to make this client satisfied. When I received a call that the patient noted small blood spots, I explained that it was not noted by either of us when she left. As with a 10S blade, a nick similar to a 1mm paper cut may happen. I asked her to dab the areas with water and apply neosporin if desired. The area seals within 4-8 hours without sequela. As GOOD FAITH gesture, I credited $55 of the $155 service agreement in a very RESPONSIVE and KIND time. I also invited her to return to the clinic. She refused. 5/10/15 Email sent from patient discussed her dissatisfaction and demanded a 24 hour response. I politely responded to the name on the email and that was reprimanded - not to call her by the name she provided.Acting on Good Faith and kindness, I remain professional. I have a 15 minute complimentary follow up appointment for all patients as aesthetics is not an exact science.

The client has been refunded an additional $100. That would be a total of $155 back to the client representing the entire amount she paid our company.
 Thank yo!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I will not post a false statement. Fresh Faces has NOT resolved the issue and I will not state such unless the issue is actually resolved. As stated in my Yelp post, I will state that the issue is resolved when it is. What I stated is factual... I have not lied or misrepresented the situation. I stated what Ms G[redacted] offered and I will update the comment once the refund is issued. Ms G[redacted] clearly is the one with the power to resolve the issue or not; I have already made a good faith effort in complying with her other terms and conditions. I've already demonstrated my willingness to comply; she has made no such effort. If Ms G[redacted] wants this issue to go away, she should issue the refund and I will amend my statement accordingly. If Ms G[redacted] does not issue the refund, I will maintain my original complaints, I will maintain my Revdex.com complaint, and I will take her to small claims court, not only for the refund of $100, but for her attempts to coerce me in to making false statements about her resolution process. Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]
