Charged after cancellation I cancelled my month subscription with them in DecemberIn June I received another order I called them several times and left voice messages and also sent an email to them through their website I finally received an email stating the following: I logged into your account to cancel the subscription It costs more to return the items than to credit your filter less the $shipping charge If you choose to return the filters at your expense, the credit will be the same A refund check in the amount of $will be mailed Please use the filters and consider us in the future I still have not received the check I sent another email on Jul and I haven't received any response
