AAA Brick mailbox built a beautiful mailbox for us. They were extremely easy to work with by phone and email. Doug McCarthy responded to my emails quickly each time.

I phoned in an order for a simple mail flag assembly on 11/7/16 and was told it would go in the mail on 11/8/16. I just called them today (11/12/16) since I had not yet received the assembly. He said "Sorry - I have a lot of stuff going on and forgot about your order. Your credit card hasn't been charged yet." With my brick masons arriving tomorrow for mailbox building, I have to reschedule since assembly ideally goes into the mortar against the mailbox (not wanting to drill holes in the brick and mount the flag assembly on the outside of the brick. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will order from a more reputable vendor.

[redacted]Update[redacted] Doug with Fresh Finish Masonry called me back to apologize for the mix-up in the order. He mailed the flag assembly to me at no cost. Doug had advised to leave open an empty slot on the side of the inserted mailbox so the masonry contractor could install the assembly it in the open slot. Even though there was a delay in the overall completion of the mailbox, Doug corrected the mistake, showing his concerns over his customer's needs. "A" rating back to Fresh Finish Masonry!

Quick reply to my inquiry on building a brick mailbox. Site visited same day Doug contacted me. Very professional. I selected the style of mailbox I wanted and he viewed the location for installation. There was a small enclosure already setup by my husband for our current mailbox and Doug was able to set the completed mailbox inside this enclosure. The mailbox bricks so closely match the house you can't tell the age difference of 15 years. Once I plant my flowers, they will encircle the new mailbox for added beauty. Setup was quick with no damage to my existing enclosure. Cleanup was excellent. If I didn't know he and his assistant had been there, I wouldn't know. Would highly recommend

I had to replace my brick mailbox and planter when someone fell asleep behind the wheel of his car and obliterated my old one. I took a digital image of the brick on my house and e-mailed it to Doug. He was very busy, but let me know that the correct materials and matching brick had been purchased, and then called again to schedule the delivery. He was on time, fast and efficient. They even cleaned the curb in front of my house when the work was finished. There are a lot of brick mailboxes in my neighborhood, but mine really stands out and looks fantastic. I am very happy that I chose this company to do the work and would definitely hire them for other work.
