This is a classic case of the Scorpion and the FrogWe saw nothing but red flags from the beginning and our suspicions turned out to be trueWe handle every customer in a professional and timely m***r, taking on every unique situation and doing all that can be done (within our trade) to satisfy We see all types of problems and conduct business with all types of customers, making it a point to maintain a standard of excellenceWe went the extra mile to accommodate [redacted] even though she was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT throughout the entire process Not only did she originally cancel her appointment then call back to get back on our schedule but she also continually changed her color selection after we expressed that we had to custom order her product from many states away and that she needed to be sure before we orderedThis evidently meant nothing to her because she yet again, changed her selectionAll while expressing that she was dealing with a serious time constraintMore red flags with a bit of windWe pressed on anywayThis forced us to eat the cost of these changes not to mention that being she was a REPEAT CUSTOMER, we made several phone calls to try and make an opening in our schedule to fit her in when she needed usWe typically do not move customers that have already been scheduled unless the circumstances call for such action and not without discounting that rescheduled person for such an inconvenienceYet another cost we had to eat in order to accommodateAt this point we are too deep to turn back and so we press onUltimately, we complete the job on schedule, using PROPER VENTILATION and refinishing techniques [redacted] comes in person to inspect our work which is our standard proceedure and is pleasedThe rest are allegations which make absolutely no senseWe use high quality products and adhere to proper refinishing techniques which have been time tested and approvedIf such a thing were true, im sure more than just one induvidual would come forward with complaints regarding the quality, durability and overal value of our product and servicesIt turns out that as we are about to finish crossing this river, a wild one at that, we get that anticipated 'sting' afterallWe now pay very close attention to red flagsI would like to add that if you look on any directory that we are listed on, you will find an overall positive response from our customersIf you do the same for ***, you will find the true nature of this personNegative across the board
