Review: On or about November [redacted], 2013, I purchased for $39.99 a one year VIP membership for SongPop, a game I found through [redacted] that I play daily. For this you get Unlimited Chat with other members in which they revoked this for me yesterday and would not explain to me why and if I violated one of their rules. Their response was as follows: We reviewed the reasons that your chat was terminated with a manager. Based on this we believe you violated the terms of use ([redacted]) and chat will remain disabled. As per the Terms of Use, there is no refund from the company. We can terminate the account if you wish, we'll just need your SongPop Username. We cannot and will not debate chat reinstatement.Thank you for playing SongPop. In short, they are not discussing the above, will not refund the money nor re-instate the chat thus I have contacted you...Desired Settlement: Either re-instate the chat or refund the money...

Review: I have tried for over a month to stop Fresh Planet from deducting $4.99 a month from my checking account for a game called SongPop. I did, on my own, try their VIP subscription for ONE MONTH only, yet it was to expire and stop. Fresh Planet will not take responsibility for the deduction. SongPop blames Facebook, Google Play, Etc. I have a deduction pending right now which just caused another transaction to be declined. I want this deduction stopped. My bank said they could change my card # for a fee, but who is going to reimburse me for this along with the $32 fee for a declined transaction due to these unauthorized deductions? I have copies of all communications with said companies if needed.Desired Settlement: Stop the unauthorized charges now. This is the 3rd month this company has made the deduction and I did not request or authorize.
