As a currently disabled veteran that had to file BK, because VA rules changed, that reduced my monthly income and a former MCDBA in the USMC, the website has no SSL or security measures in place to encrypt any of the information input by End-User. IOW: DON'T USE THE WEBSITE!
As I was about to click the "SUBMIT" button I opted to verify their "Privacy Policy" which was a dead link. In addition to the fact there is no contact number on the website and the internet search provides multiple numbers, when the Voicemail indicates; "email is the best form of communication", should be a clear indicator of fraudulent/shady practices. Although higher interest rates are expected after a BK, what they're wanting to charge... is straight criminal.
