The "owners" response is ridiculousHer accusations re:derogatory language is an absolute fabrication and is an attack on my characterI did not speak "to girls" in explanation of the offer, I only spoke to one person, Mila, for infoThe owner is trying to turn this around on me and not apologizing for the "BAIT & SWITCH" tactic that the business is doingAn explanation of the offer, as presented by the owners response, is not accurate as to what was presented on the aired television segmentThe "Offer" was simple and simply stated on air "Your 1st Session is FREE"."Free" means that, as in no charge whatsoever to the customer"FREE SESSION" does NOT mean the 1st half of the session is free and then the customer pays for the 2nd half of the same sessionYou CANNOT DO only a HALF of a SESSION on this type of treatmentThe treatment has to run it's full allotted time and if a business is offering a FREE SESSION they have to do just that and run the complete session. The owners response that the offer was "Try It Before You Buy IT" is absolutely & UNTRUE The business has no recourse in challenging my complaintAll that Revdex.com has to do is pull the aired segment from Channel and the truth will unveil itselfHow can the owner state that I called with a blocked numberI left a message on their voicemail, with my name and phone number to call me back, and with this 1st voicemail left no one ever bothered to call me back, that's when I called again and spoke with the receptionist who just transferred my call to MilaThis 2nd call was not the next day, it was days later, mid-weekPlain & Simple, the business establishment lied about their offer in an aired segment, and is pulling a BAIT & SWITCH on customers when the customers want to take advantage of the offer presentedBad and unscrupulous business practice on behalf of this business establishment and I am sure they will go out of business soon if they continue to mislead customers with offers

My response to the below complaint is that she called in and spoke very rudely to the girls once they started to explain the segment offerThe segment offer is “Try it before you buy it” This offer is to allow someone that is unsure or doesn’t know the treatment, be able to feel and see how the procedure is doneEva did not feel that was fair and proceeded to call the girls derogatory names and hang upShe then called the next day to inquire the names of everyone in the facility and the women on the segment then told Valerie, who took her call, that she was going to report us to Revdex.com and called her derogatory namesShe never gave us her name and she called on a private number so I was unable to reconcile the issuesThen we received the letter from Revdex.com which included her contact informationI then called her myself, she answered saying “Who are you to the company?” I told her I was one of the owners and operatorsShe stated she was at work and would have to speak to me later, I asked her when would be a good time and she stated the next day at noonSo I then called her the next day, a Saturday, before I could begin to speak she explained, in detail, that she did not like our offer and that we were lyingI asked her if she was familiar with the procedure so I could then explain to her why we make that offer to our clients as a way for them to feel comfort in purchasing a packageBefore I could finish explain everything, she began to call me derogatory names and then hung up on me

My response to the below complaint is that she called in and spoke very rudely to the girls once they started to explain the segment offer. procedure is done. Eva did not feel that was fair and proceeded to call the girls derogatory names and hang up. She then called the next day to inquire the names of everyone in the facility and the women on the segment then told Valerie, who took her call, that she was going to report us to Revdex.com and called her derogatory names. She never gave us her name and she called on a private number so I was unable to reconcile the issues. Then we received the letter from Revdex.com which included her contact information. I then called her myself, she answered saying “Who are you to the company?” I told her I was one of the owners and operators. She stated she was at work and would have to speak to me later, I asked her when would be a good time and she stated the next day at noon. So I then called her the next day, a Saturday, before I could begin to speak she explained, in detail, that she did not like our offer and that we were lying. I asked her if she was familiar with the procedure so I could then explain to her why we make that offer to our clients as a way for them to feel comfort in purchasing a package. Before I could finish explain everything, she began to call me derogatory names and then hung up on me.

The "owners" response is ridiculous. Her accusations re:derogatory language is an absolute fabrication and is an attack on my character. I did not speak "to girls" in explanation of the offer, I only spoke to one person, Mila, for info. The owner is trying to turn this around on me and not apologizing for the "BAIT & SWITCH" tactic that the business is doing. An explanation of the offer, as presented by the owners response, is not accurate as to what was presented on the aired television segment. The "Offer" was simple and simply stated on air "Your 1st Session is FREE"."Free" means that, as in no charge whatsoever to the customer. "FREE SESSION" does NOT mean the 1st half of the session is free and then the customer pays for the 2nd half of the same session. You CANNOT DO only a HALF of a SESSION on this type of treatment. The treatment has to run it's full allotted time and if a business is offering a FREE SESSION they have to do just that and run the complete session. The owners response that the offer was "Try It Before You Buy IT" is absolutely FALSE & UNTRUE.  The business has no recourse in challenging my complaint. All that Revdex.com has to do is pull the aired segment from Channel 3 and the truth will unveil itself. How can the owner state that I called with a blocked number. I left a message on their voicemail, with my name and phone number to call me back, and with this 1st voicemail left no one ever bothered to call me back, that's when I called again and spoke with the receptionist who just transferred my call to Mila. This 2nd call was not the next day, it was days later, mid-week. Plain & Simple, the business establishment lied about their offer in an aired segment, and is pulling a BAIT & SWITCH on customers when the customers want to take advantage of the offer presented. Bad and unscrupulous business practice on behalf of this business establishment and I am sure they will go out of business soon if they continue to mislead customers with offers.

I would love to treat her for free. Please have her schedule a consultation so we can go over the options.
