Hi my name is joe and I'm a window certified so do w tinter and have been for years now This is my first complaint that I heard about her radio not working , getting your window tints have nothing to do with malfunction on the radio we tint windows not work on car audioI talked to the
customer explained that she still did not understand then she goes to the dealer and they gave her an invoice witch I sent to you guys in that invoice there is nothing about window tinting causing her radio to go bad it states "customers had window tints done to the carand audio not working " those are words from the customer not the dealer. the dealer reviewed the vehicle and states audio amplifier replacement our work has nothing to do with audio amplifier we touch windows we don't get inside customers cars we only touch the windows It's not fair for me to replace something I did not do , I do very good work for everyone my reviews on Google facebook yelp website are all positives out

The way they applied the tint, is with water and that is what ruined my car. the dealer even wanted to speak with them. My audio stopped working immediately after they did the work. And after they took my car in back for another 30 min, the guy said he thought it was the amplifier. I did not even know what that was.And they do go inside the car, there was water all over the floors and side panels and my speakers were wet. I have to re wipe them when I got home because there was still waterAnd, before I got into my car the man said he wanted to go back into my car and wiped my windows down once more.I also talked to Honda because fresh tints pulled off my mirror on the windshield and Honda said that should have never been removed. its basically part of windshield and that holds the mechanical system for wiper sensors and lane keep assisting (to keep me in lanes and to see oncoming traffic to stop car. ) Honda said they damaged that and it has to be replaced. honda said it is very expensive and are nice enough to cover it for me because I just bought this car.
