I found this business via Internet searches. The garage door repair done by brad was done today so I can't comment on the fix long term, but as of today, the garage is working better than when I had the remote door opener installed over a year ago. Brad's price was very fair and he was punctual, servicing the door the same day I called. I would recommend this company to friends.

Review: We placed an order with the company for a package of their products: bow ties.

We made the order last November,(2014); and we were charged for that order; but the order was never sent to us.

I periodically (weekly) checked on the order via their website (which is no longer running), and even though they

charged us for the order, the status never shifted from "unfulfilled."

We attempted to find a phone number anywhere -- website, google search, social media accounts -- but we didn't.

Recently, we checked here at the Revdex.com, and once we found the phone number, we called and asked for them to respond

to let us know what the status of our order was. I did this about 1 month ago.

Along the way, I also sent them messages and/or tried to reach them via their social media accounts ([redacted], etc);

but I didn't hear anything back.

So, now, it's apparent they've shut down their business.Desired Settlement: For the order, we would like a refund. It was an order for $34 (approximately).

Really, it was a crucial order. It was one of the first orders we made as a new business.

So, though it was really untimely for them to not deliver on what we paid for, I don't know what other issues they have going on.

I would like to hear from them via email - not so much for an apology, but to see if they need any specific prayer or advice.

I do pray they are well and that they are going to feel peace and a new energy of hope with settling this and any other potential accounts.

Review: Bowties were ordered on 9/*/14. First there was an inventory issue in their warehouse which caused the shipment to be delayed until 9/*/14. We ordered 4 bowties. One of the colors was not correct. I sent an email thru the website asking to exchange all 4 for a different size and to correct the one color. I did not receive a response. I sent another email thru the website a couple of weeks later and still no response. I sent an email on 10/**/14 as a response to their shipment confirmation email asking to help me with a return. I have not received a response to this date. Their website states:"Please check your spam folder. We always reply to emails from any customer."At this point, I would just like a refund of $27.80.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $27.80
