Greetings [redacted] ,We received your email regarding items of your last orderI would like to recap what happened firstThe driver went to your residence for a pick upAt that time [redacted] instructed the driver that any items that were too heavily soiled for processing to be thrown awayThe driver arrived at the wash center with those instructions and began processing our orderSeveral items were separated because they were not able to be processed and caused several team members to become nauseousThe laundry was returned to you with the items processed and you messaged us to let us know items were missingI called you and had a conversation regarding the events that led up to those items being missing and let you know that I, [redacted] , would be handling the matter.I received you itemized email on April 25, showing the items you feel are missing from youI went back and carefully reviewed every step and detail to best resolve this matterI found that upon pickup of your order your clothes weighed lbsWe discarded several items that were not processed due to the excessive presence of feces, urine, blood and maggots on those itemsThese items were hazardous and could serious harmWe processed the rest of your items and returned them to you at a weight of lbsYou were charged the standard rate of per pound as well as a soiled fee for items and a heavy linen fee for a total of $At this time I have issued a refund for the total of your order of $The itemized listing you presented is in conflict with our records howeverThe list you sent accounts for over lbs of laundry which we never receivedFurthermore, the items which we did dispose of, with direction from ***, were in very bad condition and extremely wornFor these reasons I cannot replace all of the items you listed and and the items we would replace would not be in new or even good conditionIn conclusion, as stated, I have issued the refund for your order and I have sent you this letter by mail along with a $visa cardPlease also be aware that you will no longer receive service from us and we hope you can find another service to fit your needs.Best Regards, [redacted]

My apologies for the late responseI was unable to find the refund in my account but QuickBooks is showing the refund was madeI think the right thing to do at this juncture would be to mail Ms*** a cashiers checkAnyways, have a great weekend and I will email you the receipts by Monday July 3rd

As of Friday May 26th, the money was not put back in our bank account. We did receive a visa card, no letter, just the card. I still do not think it's right nor fair, that a company throws away all your laundry, no call, no email, no apology, and then offers $100 gift card. Again, [redacted] told the lady any underwear, not every stitch of clothing we sent.If he has a record of what was sent, why has he not produced it? Not really satisfied, but once the $95.15 is paid we will accept this as final. Thank you, [redacted]

I went back and carefully reviewed every step and detail to best resolve this matter. I found that upon pickup of your order your clothes weighed 52 lbs. We discarded several items that were not processed due to the excessive presence of feces, urine, blood and maggots on those items. These items were hazardous and could serious harm. We processed the rest of your items and returned them to you at a weight of 39 lbs. You were charged the standard rate of 1.85 per pound as well as a soiled fee for 6 items and a heavy linen fee for a total of $95.15. At this time I have issued a refund for the total of your order of $95.15. The itemized listing you presented is in conflict with our records however. The list you sent accounts for over 100 lbs of laundry which we never received. Furthermore, the items which we did dispose of, with direction from [redacted], were in very bad condition and extremely worn. For these reasons I cannot replace all of the items you listed and and the items we would replace would not be in new or even good condition. In conclusion, as stated, I have issued the refund for your order and I have sent you this letter by mail along with a $100 visa card.
