the billing address submitted did not match the credit card providedThis is a red flag in e-commerce and an email was sent immediately on Monday, 3/20, explaining that this error occurred and the customer would need to remedy this so we may get this order shipped at onceAfter receiving a call from the customer on 3/20, we were convinced this was not fraudulent and pushed the order through our systemUnfortunately, due to this shipping from one of our drop-shippers, we were not able to provide the exact day this would ship out but we did let the customer know the shipment would arrive between the promised 4-business days as stated on our websiteThe shipment left the facility on 3/and arrived to the customer within the promised time frame on Tuesday, 3/28, at 3:10PMUSPS Tracking# ***We have fulfilled this order as requested by the customer and it arrived within the time-frame provided to the customer during checkoutPlease let me know if I can be of any further assistance in this matter-*** *** Chief Operating Officer *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** NJ
