Freshtrends was recommended to me by a friend after I got my belly piercingI checked out their website and found a very good selection of products and very reasonable pricesI have purchased from them several times, both for body piercing jewelry as well as other items, like bracelets, pendants and ringsI got most of my Christmas shopping done through them, and all my stuff arrived quickly and exactly as it was pictures on their websiteI would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good selection of body jewelry

My mom bought me two of Fresh Trend's nose rings from their site for my birthday in December, and the ordeal that followed warrants their customer service a nomination for their own, personal, new circle of Hell in a sequel to Dante's Inferno

After waiting a month and a half to receive my order, one of the rings was too largeAfter several calls and only getting voicemail (despite calling during business hours), my mom finally called and got ahold of themDespite having opened the plastic packaging, they let me return itOnce they received the ring, they sent me an email telling me to call them about an issue with my orderWhen I call, (after sitting through twenty incredibly awkward minutes of silence while the representative reads my file or something, but doesn't put me on hold) they inform me that the end of the ring was flat, and "looked as if it had been cut." I told the woman that the ring had been flat when I received it, and that I had assumed it was just another part of sending the wrong ringShe then ACCUSED ME OF CUTTING OFF GOLD from the ringI insisted that her accusation is ridiculous, to which she replied that she'll have to talk to her managerI didn't have time to wait, so she said she'll call me back with an answerA week passes, so I call againVoicemailAgainVoicemailAgain, I get ahold of them! I tell them my order number, twenty minutes of her reading my file in awkward silence, she accuses me of stealing gold, I tell her that's crazy, she says she has to talk to her manager, I say I'll wait, time passes, I have to go to class, she promises that he will call me back personallyAnother week passes, I callVoicemailCallVoicemailCallVoicemailOver and over and overI email, no answerNothingFinally, in APRIL, I get ahold of themTwenty minutes of awkward silence, she accuses me of stealing gold, "I need to talk to the manager." I snapI told her that there are three options: (1) I'm pulling off the most convoluted and inefficient scam ever in the name of 0.00000000000000000000000000000001g of gold, (2) your jeweler (***) was lazy and didn't round off the end, or (3) you're not using real gold, it's falling apart, and I'm gonna *** *** (***)She huffs a bit that they only use quality 14K gold, so it clearly couldn't possibly have been their fault...but she guesses that they did, in fact, send the wrong size, so she supposes I'm entitled to an exchangePolitely say thank you, but for good measure let out a "*** ***" right before I hang up
Fast forward another few weeksI get my ring! It looks right, but it's hard to tell since it's in a plastic box inside a sealed plastic bagI think to myself, "surely after that fiasco they sent me the right size." AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOOf course not! It's AGAIN too big, but at least the end is rounded! I email them, and they for once actually respond, but of course they don't believe me that they *** up again, so they request a photoI replied with a huge photo of both the correct and large rings, along with some extra rings I have that are also the correct sizeIt's undeniable that the second ring it larger, so they approve my returnI mailed it out the next day
Fast forward three months
I got caught up in finals, moving back home, and starting two new jobs to focus on riding their *** *** to get my ring back, but once things settle down, I check the tracking numberIt arrived a week after I sent itSo I start callingAnd emailingAnd callingAnd emailingAnd callingAnd emailingOnAnd onAnd onAnd onEvery day at lunch I call and/or emailFinally, FINALLY I get a hold of a girlSuppressing my sheer Hulk-like rage, I ask her politely the status of my orderTwenty minutes of awkward silence, and she says they processed it, and she'll send out the request for the jeweler to make one the proper sizeI casually mention that it's been a several months, but she assures me that they'll get my order filled in no timeI requested confirmation when it ships, but she hung upI emailed with e=the same request several times, but no answer
Finally, after another month, I get the ringIt's the right size, quality is nice, diamonds look good, all that jazz
But, like ***-icing on the ***iest of ***-cakes, the end is totally flat

They're horrible!!! I thought I would give them another chance even after my first horrible experience, and yet again they screwed up! I placed an order on the and still haven't received it, I emailed customer service (since that's the only way I ever get a response) they had the never to have me confirm my address and then just barely sent it out the day I said something! Such bull crap, my address has been the same and I've ordered from there before, so I know this is information they already have since I placed another orderI called and tried to get it pushed to priority mail, sent me to voice mail and still haven't heard anything back! Will not be buy it from these incompetent people again

They supposedly fixed it but since I was still having problems with it I sent it back to them and requested a credit. They never responded to my request. It wasn't right that the seller had my money and the merchandise so I filed a claim through my bank. Claim is still pending and it has been 5 months now that I've been trying to get the credit.
If you want to avoid this kind of situation, please stay away from this seller.

I purchsed two 14K gold nose studs, one with a canary diamond, and the other with a black diamond.On the Fresh Trends webpage, their descriptions were "...Bezel Set 14K Yellow Gold Nose Stud - 2mm Canary Diamond" and "...2mm Black Diamond Bezel Set 14K Yellow Gold Nose Ring ...".

Accordingly, both diamonds were supposed to measure 2 mm. I received two studs with completely different sizes of diamonds and bezels, so at least one of them cannot measure 2 mm. The canary diamond one I can't even wear because it protrudes so much, it's huge! I tried returning it, and their webpage provided me with a return merchandise authorization. Nevertheless, a few days later, my return was denied because the company does not accept returns for gold body jewelry.

What they did is send me a black diamond stud measuring 1.5 mm instead of 2 mm that I ordered and had paid for (by the way, the quality must have been really bad because the price suddenly dropped 50%). The yellow diamond piece I received is indeed 2 mm, which is why the bezel is larger. They also insisted that their jewelers measure the gems with extremely sensitive tools, but you don't even need a ruler to see that one is practically twice the size of the other.

The description of the products I purchased was inaccurate, they were misrepresented on the images, and the company takes zero responsibility. The return policy is misleading, and the customer service is not only slow to respond and not helpful at all, but also rude.
