 I entered into a year lease at *** * *** ** *** including underground parking The parking was the main reason I rented this place I drove into the parking, parked and when I drove out the next morning it ripped a hole in my pickup roof because it was not high enough in order to exit It cost me $to repair, satellite antenna was ripped out This organization refuses to make garage accessible or pay for damage I have to park on the street now, which is very dangerous and difficult to find parking I had to pay $to the city to park on the street and I have accumulated $worth of parking tickets I have had to pay so far because of the lack of parking The hallway is kept at 90-degrees at all times causing AC to run at all times I called WE energies to complain about $electric bill and they told me AC was not adequate for the unit and would have to run all the time causing excessive cooling costs There was a fire in the laundry room on my floor Sunday June 25, 2017, and the fire alarm right outside my door, a huge bell, sounded like a kitchen timer The hall was full of smoke and no one was leaving their apartments Two residents put out the fire and were injured in the process Today is July 8, and the laundry room is still blocked off, no access The on site manager said the fire deptsaid it was an electrical fire in the light switch There is no exercise room, and residents have no way of getting exercise in bad weather The management puts a lot of effort into front lawn appearances and not inside maintenance When I moved in I was promised a storage locker, and there was none available and I still have no access

I will consider the matter closed once I receive the check from the company. I agree it was a communication error & accept the company acknowledging they have new staff which added to the miscommunication. I also should have made sure I received information in writing to avoid the frustration that I received by the company & a couple of other companies that did not provide quality customer service.
