November 27, 2015 at 1:40pm. Returning back from La Paz Mexico to Fresno CA on Thursday December 10, 2015. Ms [redacted] daughter called our office at Fresno Tours to inform us that her mother Ms [redacted] wasn't going to be able to travel to Mexico. Because of a death in the family, and requested a refund. Ms [redacted] daughter spoke to [redacted] our sales Rep. About the problem and [redacted] our sales Rep. Told her that it wasn't her job to approve refunds. Ms [redacted] daughter gang up and call back for the second time to speak with the owner. [redacted] told her that no one was there at that moment,but that she would inform the owner ASP to let her know about the problem. [redacted] then called me as soon as she hang up with ms [redacted] daughter to tell me everything that had just happened. She told me the problem. As soon as I hang up with [redacted] I called ms [redacted] to explain to her what needed to be done to resolve the matter. I explain to Ms [redacted] that in order to help her we needed the death certificate because that's one on the requirements that the airline ask from us when something like this happens. Ms [redacted] reply and said that she was going to get the death certificate. I also stated to her that it needed to be brought to us before the 27 of November because if she was to bring it after she could lose the ticket, and she said that it wasn't a problem. Till this day Ms [redacted] hasn't provide us with the requirements that was asked from her. Also at the day of the perches the client is giving a document that states the rules and times a customer is to be at the airport before his or her departure. Also states that all airline tickets are no refundable and that if any changes he or she is responsible to pay all penalty and charges because of change, and other wordings. This document is giving to all customers to read and sign before paying the Sales Rep. One was given to giving to all customers to read and sign before paying the Sales Rep. One was given to Ms [redacted] and it was read to herself and then sign by her.
